• Moving video files from digital camera, date taken does not save

  On Win7 Pro I'm having a problem where when I move the files from my digital camera Canon or my Sony digital camcorder to HDD the date taken on the videos aren't save. It defines at the time I moved the hard disk instead. It comes to all the dates in the properties.

  It's only when I copy the video files keep everything file photo.

  This happens when I copy files directly from the camera or the SD card

  All the files on the camera are correct but none of those on the hard drive.

  Ok. I had trouble to transfer photos from my old computer to my new computer.  The dates and times on the pictures changed.

  I finally got the moved and kept the correct dates on each photo.

  That's what I did:

  1. I opened the 'Pictures' folder on the old computer and click on "Select all" under the tab 'Edit' at the top.

  2. then I went to the "Edit" tab and choose "move to folder".

  3. in the next window, called '' Elements to move, '' I found the file that I wanted to move the photos to and selected this folder and then clicked on "move".

  4. all photos have been transferred to the new computer with the date and time correct.

  5. However, this deletes all photos from the old computer.  But I do not really need them on the old computer since I will be recycling with Dell.

  We sincerely hope that this information helps someone else, since I had a hard time finding how to do this task.

  Yes, we haven't started supporting the D3100 to the 6.3 version of the camera raw plugin (Source: Camera Raw plugin |) Compatible cameras). This version of the camera raw plugin does not work with Photoshop Elements 8 (Source: applications camera Raw compatible Adobe). To ensure the native support of the D3100, you need Photoshop Elements 9 or later version (10 is the current version).   I understand that when you print from your Windows 8.1 computer to your HP Photosmart e-all-in-one printer D110a print jobs are coming in white. I would like to help you today with this printing problem. When you print from your computer, some files are sent to your printer as "image" files If your printer 'think' it prints an image, color ink may be used to enrich or to 'do' the dark. This can be misleading because your machine can really be confronted a black ink, problem of print, but you may think that your machine works great as always black appears in print. While in reality, it's just the ink to mix color to black. Therefore, at the beginning troubleshooting I'll have print you a standalone report diagnosis on the quality of your printer. This report will help us determine if this printing of the blank page problem is caused by your printers ink system or your computer. Can I please you follow the steps below.

  How to print a report of quality diagnostic:

  1. Load plain white paper in the input tray.

  I tested it with Qosmio G20 and my Sony camcorder using the same port.
  I tested it with Windows movie maker, WinDVD Creator, Adobe Premiere and Ulead Media studio Pro 8.

  You may believe, but each application was able to see my cam and I copied movies on the HARD drive, edited and created DVDs. I don't really know what is happening in your case, but when you connect your switch cam on game mode, and the cam must be recognized as new hardware and listed in Device Manager.

  When it works well to start the applications and check again.
