  My operating system is Windows 8 (64 bit) I had to unstall my HP Photosmart e-all-in-one series D110 printer. I had problems with it a few times where I received a message that it was installed properly and put on the CD to complete the installation.  But when I put the CD in I got the page but there is no other option than EXIT. I use the wireless control. So, no I unhooked the printer and used a cleaning tool. Restarted my computer and put it in the drive to start the installation.  I get this same page with only one OUTPUT option.  Any thoughts what I can do to have it installed.

  Hello, I'm sorry you have a problem with your solution center. You can uninstall and reinstall the drivers and full software features.

  This should solve your problem. Here is a link that can help you to download the drivers. Make sure that it is FULL of FEATURES software.

• Photosmart series 5520 - blocked printer cart

  Photosmart 5520 series [A6894D] about six months.  Modest use. A couple of paper feeding problems, but that's all.

  Worked very well on the last five or six jobs, color and b & w.

  Tonight, at half way through printing color page, transport (printhead) stuck at the end of the extreme right of his race.

  Follow-up advice - printer is off, tried to manually slide the carriage to the left, and then again in case of problems.

  No dice!   Transport is stuck all the way to the right. About 1/4 in. of travel. That's all.

  Problem solved!

  Initial troubleshooting I have printer off.  When I tried to move the cart he would not move.  After watching the video of HP support, I realized that I had to turn on printer to free transport from his extreme right extreme position.

  The video is long and detailed, to the point of pedantry!   But it's all there for someone who's interested.

  There are TONS of OCR options out there. Even if your printer is not necessarily delivered with a release of box OCR solution you can always us third-party software to do what you are looking for. Here is a link for the top 5 free OCR software tools. The article is a bit dated you can search in your favorite search engine to find the solution that best fits your needs. I went to the Microsoft Office Document Imaging or OCR via google Docs, as I have already included it with office and use google Docs quite heavily.   I see that you have trouble to install your printer.

  I suggest a restart of the computer, then try instead our printer HP install wizard for Windows .

  Are you able to download and save the document or statement on your computer and then try and print it?

  I can not get my fax to work.  He always tells me that my phone connection may not be configured correctly.  I place the phone cord Jack #1 at the back of the printer and also connected the phone cord to the wall outlet.  I don't know what else to do.  But I'm losing too much time trying to get this working.

  I can help you to scan to your Mac running 10.9.3.

  There is no full feature software and driver of HP, but the pilot of Mavericks v10.9 OS X for your printer is available through Apple Software Update (ASU).

  With this driver, you can still print and scan, you'll just have to scan from HP software. Scan to the computer from the printer control panel is available only when you use the HP scanning software, so it won't work because there is no scanning software HP as part of the Apple Software Update driver.

  Instead, you can scan using,
