HP ProBook 4445 s processor and graphics card upgrade

Hello

I need to have my CPU and graphics card upgraded to the requirements below please add link/s that will help me

Processor
I need to improve my processor 1.90 GHz to 4 GHz (at least 2.66 GHz). Then please add a link/s to this processor/s that I can use to upgrade my laptop to 2.66 GHz at least, or reach 4 Ghz.

Video card
I also need to improve my video card from the AMD Radeon HD 7640 G to a DirectX 11 with 2 GB of video ram (at least 1 GB of video ram). Please add link/s on what card video/s who reach the requirements I need.

Thank you

Here's the problem with that:

AMD A6 - 4400M, Max 3,2 GHz / 2.7 - GHz Base, 1 MB of L2 cache, Dual-Core,.
Graphic 35W: 7520G HD

AMD - A8 4500 M, Max 2.8 GHz/1, 9-basis of GHz, 4 MB L2 cache, quadcore,.
Graphic 35W: 7640G HD

AMD - A4 - 4300M, 3.0 GHz maximum / 2.5 - GHz Base, 1 MB of L2 cache, double
Core, graphic 35W: HD 7420 G

Above are your graphics options for laptop. If yours is 1.9 ghz it cannot the A8, which is the best CPU and GPU option available. The video is part of the processor. There is just no way for you to improve the graphics capabilities of this laptop. It may seem like the A-6 is better because it works to 2.7 ghz, but there only 2 hearts: you have 4. And the 7520 graphics are lower than what you have. That's what you try to do? There is not too many computers that reach 4 ghz, not to mention a laptop.

I bought a HP Pavilion 17-e118dx Notebook PC for my son over the summer and he would like to upgrade the processor and graphics card. Is it possible and if yes, what graphics cards and processors are supported?

Processor, Yes with a lot of difficulties and costs. Video card, no. It is soldered to the motherboard, so there is no upgrade path that you can follow. There is an available plus motherboard, but if you buy a motherboard and processor and pay for the replacements work it will cost just as much or more the laptop he really wants to.

  • Can I change the processor and graphics card on my acer aspire?

    Hello

    recently I went in game

And I really want to be able to play at HQ

So my question is: can I put a new processor and video card

In my acer aspire witouth problems?

Doesn't look like as you can change the processor. Limits to the motherboard. But there is no onboard video. If you get a low profile graphics card and added it to the computer, it could work. But because the computer is an older computer, you will not be able to put in the last and best. I would like to talk to a local technician to see what is available in your area for this computer.

  • Update motherboard, processor and graphics card.

Hi, I have a few questions. If I decide to upgrade my motherboard, processor and Grahpics card, do I need to reinstall windows? And if so, my product key will work? I am a student and downloaded the free download of Windows 7 Pro for more information if this is useful.
It is said that my product ID type is 5-retail, it is authorized and says I have a meter to rearm windows 3.
The motherboard I am upgrade is also from the same company, Asus.

You will need to reinstall and use the phone activation:

How to activate Windows 7 manually (activate by phone)

    1) click Start and in the search for box type: slui.exe 4

    (2) press the ENTER"" key.

    (3) select your "country" in the list.

    (4) choose the option "activate phone".

    (5) stay on the phone (do not select/press all options) and wait for a person to help you with the activation.

  • Processor and graphics card

I currently have a HP Pavilion g6-1a35ca notebook and I was wondering if anyone knows if I can improve and replace my graphics card and processor. The video card I have in my notebook is currently the card Intel(r) HD Graphics. I would have preferred a (1.8 Ghz Quad Core CPU) as my current processor is the Intel (r) Pentium (r) CPU 2.13 GHz P6200 who settled in my notebook. I was wondering if I can replace it with a processor more. Preference (512 MB nVidia GeForce 9800 series.)

Thank you very much for the help.

    Hello

    Very quick responses:

    1. processor: please use this book (page #1) to determine the taken processors supported:

    h10032.www1.HP.com/CTG/manual/c02770249.PDF

2 video card: You have to live with it, change video card can mean buying a new machine because you change cooling parts and that you may need to change the mother/system board.

    Kind regards.

Thanks in advance for any answers.

The installed graphics card is the best available option Optional graphics package.  To the best of my knowledge HP has not supported better than what you have.

  • What i7 processor and graphics card should I expect?

    Hi all

I have a bit of a dilemma to know what parts of pc I have to buy.

Now I'm able to get $1500 (aud)

    for all these

    I7-5960 X
-Corsair Hydro Series H110i GTX 280 mm liquid CPU Cooler
Light - tinted NZXT + RGB Kit
    -Corsair Carbide Air 540
-ASUS Rampage V Extreme Motherboard (the third pcie slot clip is broken)
    -G.Skill Ripjaws 4 F4-2400C15Q-16GRR 16 GB (4x4Go) DDR4
Single - EK 5.25 "Bay Reservoir (including pump PWM 3.2 double SDC)

-Corsair Air Series AF120 Performance Edition case fan Twin Pack
-NZXT Sentry 3 touch screen LCD Fan Controller 5.25 "

    Logitech - G910 Orion Spark
Cryo - rig A80 hybrid liquid cooler

    ↑ i.e. excluding a gfx card.

However, I'm not sure if this processor would be better than getting an i7 5820 k, i7 6700 k or an i7 6800 k or an i7 6850 k. I've read various comparisons which makes it difficult to decide (especially since a large number of comparisons are with games and video editing not).

I want to make a platform for Premiere Pro and After effects for most. I work with 4 k images and need of something better, but don't break the Bank. I look around to spend as little as possible, but also scalability enough to be cool and trendy. I think of something around $ 1 500-2 $000 for a decent edition pc. I was a little out of touch with the building and train to learn all that is necessary for installation.

5960 x has 8 cores and tons of stuff with her cooling, others have 6 (and 4 cores * 6700 k). I heard the more hearts best for editing, but the speed of each core must be taken into account without additional cooling system.

As with a graphics card, I am considering the gtx 970 980 years or because they are quite cheap now (second hand), but would be a gtx 800 * card be enough?

I want to do a professional job, but I don't want to break the Bank. I'm just a little lost with what would be more beneficial. Having more cores and a gfx card at low prices, or to have a decent processor with a gfx card decent for less * ish. for $1600, which is a good deal, but not sure if it's good for a video editor. =\

Thanks to all of you who have an overview and a greater knowledge of this stuff! ^_^

    Jake.

after effects are currently being redone to make it multithreaded. so currently the 6700 k is the fastest, but who will eventually change, and some people use earlier versions of AE for better performance with County Senior core cpu machines.

for premiere pro, the 6 cpu core is core entry level 4 k, 8 or 10, it's better when the budget allows. I'm not familiar with prices AUD, but looks like it's a good deal. Looks like you still need several parts besides than the gpu to complete construction, unless you already have them, or that they were not in the list. so you should have know if you can complete the build and stay within your budget.

    https://www.pugetsystems.com/Labs/articles/Adobe-Premiere-Pro-CC-2015-multi-core-performan it-Update1-806.

What gpu you need will depend a lot on how much gpu accelerated fx and the functions that you plan on using. If you can find a gtx used 780, 780ti, 970 or 980 for a good price, they can work very well. If you had one of those (or something more slow) and had poor reading performance, you can still be fine by changing resolution of reading to 1/2 or 1/4 for smoother playback. If you want something more durable, the gtx 1000 series has some features of hdr k 4.

There is no office gtx 800 series. the closest thing was the the ti gtx 750 and 750. Pudget article shows the gtx 780ti running slightly faster than the 980 with first. the 900 series had a lot of changes that have been for games.

  • Upgrade of processor and graphics card

Is it possible to level the processor board and the video to my laptop? (the one in my signature)

    Here you go:

The T5550 are a 667 fsb processor and you use no matter what other front end of the T-series 667 cpu, like the T7600 2.33 GHz, a major, with double update cache L2. Prepare for a shock on the price, however. You almost always get out to sell your laptop and by applying the product to a laptop computer with the processor you really want.

  • Profesional OEM of Windows 7 and Office 2010 OEM policy for the upgrade of processor and graphics card

    Hello!

I bought Windows 7 OEM (Ulitimate) and Office 2010 OEM (profesional) several months ago. (Less than 6 months). They have been activated very easily.

Then I bought the latest version of the Tomb Raider game. I installed it and now I can't playe is good, but not very good. Now, I'll upgrade the processor and the display adapter to play this game. If I do that, I have no problem with my windows and perhaps Office activation? If so, what should I do to solve the problem?

    Thank you.

Change the CPU doesn't require re-activation, but if it is triggered, you can always reactivated by phone:

    JoBla, welcome to the forum.

It is becoming increasingly difficult to ensure that the latest components will work in an old computer.  Your computer is almost 3 years old.  My suggestion is to choose the SSD and the video card you want to buy and contact the Technical Support of the manufacturer to determine if it will work with your computer.  They are the experts on their products.  This will save you the possibility to pay for the return of one of them.  That's what I did and it works fine.

I can recommend a PSU 600W (PSU), however.  I love Corsair products.  Here is a very good power supply.  Read the reviews to see what users have to say about it.  There is a modular version of it, too.  The modular power supply is good for medium-sized cases.  It allows you to use only the cables that are absolutely necessary.  Which makes for airflow and better cable management.

  • Processors and graphics cards

    Hello!

I am on the point of upgrade of Adobe Production Suite CS4, CS5, and because of the CS5 requirements will have to build a new computer. I have a tighter budget, and although most things like discs etc. have already been decided on I stil need to cut the total cost a little more. I find myself with two costly items that could be cut, but one that would be the best.

I had planned to include a map of NPY FX3800 graphic (£780,00) and use a processor Intel Core i7 970 (£680.00) but find that I need to cut back on one of them. There are several other cards I could use for example the GTX285 (£240) or Quadro 380 (£120) but what is the difference between a map of 800 books and a £250 for the effects of the CPU (CUDA). I know little about how 6 hearts would help (and it would be much easier to add more later if necessary graphics. Any help anyone can offer would be appreciated.

    Bowler27

I would recommend the I7 970 with the 470GTX. Who should fit into your Budget. I would also phase out the RTX2 so. Who is gradually at Matrox as the MXO2 series went PC.

But I can answer here using information from other G4 computers:

    (a) for CPU: you need to replace the motherboard too and it is a very expensive upgrade. Please read the manual on the link third next (page 84):

    http://support.HP.com/us-en/product/HP-Pavilion-G4-notebook-PC-series/5186805/model/5374496/manuals

  • Power supply and graphics card update

    Hello

I own a HP p6610f desktop computer and want to upgrade my power supply and graphics card.

    Power supply:

I saw recommended Corsair CX500 and I found a CX500M of Corsair for sale. I'm fairly certain that it will work with the graphics card, I'm considering the purchase. The CX500M would work with my device?

    Graphics card:

I have need later in the technology of graphics card but I still want to improve my current AMD Radeon HD 4200. I plan an AMD Radeon HD 6570 because it meets my needs and fits my budget. Would this work with my p6610f and a PSU Corsair CX500M?

If it helps, I want to update the graphics card to play some place the modern games (Assassin Creed Revelations and maybe Assassin Creed 3 on low heat) and possibly install a Blu - Ray player.

I ask because I can't seem to find an answer clear enough to calm my fears to ruin my computer if I go with these two options.

    Thank you!

Food: The CX500M of Corsair is a great choice and will definitely enter the computer.

Graphics card: you can get a Radeon HD 6670 for the same price as a Radeon HD 6570 and on a faster card of 20 to 25%. Or a little more money, you can get a Radeon HD 6770 and about 125% faster. In all cases, measure from the rear of the case further along the PCIe x 16 location plan. Just shy of an obstacle comes as long of a card you want.
