  Did you of recent changes made to your computer?

  We will reinstall the internal keyboard drivers and check.
  
  a. click Start, type Control Panel in the search box, press enter, click System, click Device Manager, click on keyboard.
  b. you should find the internal keyboard part as well as any external keyboard used.
  c. right-click on the keyboard integrated in the list, click on uninstall.
  d. unplug the external keyboard.
  e. restart the computer and check if the keyboard internal works.

  Since the external USB keyboard works, if drivers did not fix the internal keyboard problem, I suggest you to contact the manufacturer to check if there is a hardware problem.

  If you have disabled JavaScript or automatic calculations in Reader preferences, you will get this type of behavior.   All OS updates are made. All the drivers are installed via SoftPAQ and HP Support Assistant.

  I can´t the screen autorotate and even this option on the charms of the screen or the display settings is not available, as you can see by the attached screenshots.
