  Figured it out for anyone who needs help with this.

  Resolution max screen 1366 x 768 even if the video card will support more resolution, it cannot for the screen built in on the laptop, only for screens outside.

  I have a problem with my DV6 6150ew laptop. I had to reinstal my Windows. Now I have fresh Windows7 (I couldn't use optios of recovery as data on patrison has been corrupted)

  When I try to install the drivers AMD or Intel HD swithable on the HP support site I receive this information

  "This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software.

  I can only install the drivers for AMD HD but don system does not have bood after the rest. (I have to put the computer in start mode course and turn off AMD grapfic card in Device Manager.) After that, I am abel to start the computer normally)

  I'm trying to install the Intel drivers from the Intel site and they works, but when when I installed AMD system drivers don't want to boot (stops on windows logo)

  The new Doom was published on Friday, and with it two (AMD and Nvidia) 3D video card vendors released new versions on their drivers. I am eager to take advantage of the benefits of the latest AMD drivers on my iMac performance 5 k with R9 M290x. hit 40-50 fps seems to be only possible if I decrease the resolution and quality of rendering much - hope for new drivers. I know there are workarounds and hacks to get the iMac to install bootcamp no drivers, but there is no definitive way to the guides or the sources for instructions on how to go about it. It's frustrating to not be able to simply install new drivers every time new updates come along and rather wait for that the AMD / partnership Apple lags on the driver updated by months and months.

  can anyone help? The laptop has Intel HD and Radeon 6470 M graphics.

  I'm running out of ideas, why AMD for Windows 8 64-bit drivers do not install the display driver.

  So I tried to manually select the INF file in device--> driver update manager, and it says that the driver is not compatible with the graphics card.

  How it is not compatible, if it is on the HP site for my laptop model correct?

  I noticed some people appeared to have more luck with the beta version of 12.6. So, I've just updated my video drivers by WHQL 12.6 final non-beta drivers.

  I solved my problem, but the solution was not for the faint of heart (or for those without a good backup).

  Uninstall and reinstall the drivers do not seem to help. So I tried to use the automated uninstall followed a manual removal of all the left-over bits, followed of a reinstallation of version WHQL 12.6.

  Now my fluidity (in CS6) seems smooth (even with the CCC). I'll have to see if something is broken, but at least insofar as CS6 disappears, things look better.

  I can only imagine that something has been left more prior video driver updates silently dirtied things upward.

  Of course, this way of playing with your system can kill it. I would have been a little trickier if I didn't have an 'image' of my system backup (in case things went south).

  Have you followed the examples of AMD had on there Web site regarding the UN/install? How to uninstall and How to install the letter? And have you checked to see the weather, your device has a discreet graphics driver and or the weather or not it is the basis of INTEL or AMD? Very important things to know before you install the drivers, knowing your laptop and its equipment.

  I noticed there are 6 AMD drivers are loaded: {amdppm amdk8 amdsata amdsbs amdxata amdide} .sys.  It is worth noting that intelide.sys and intelppm.sys are also loaded at startup.

  My question is, what heck AMD drivers make on an Intel machine?  I would have thought that intel would have their own drivers?
