  You have a message rule that does this?  Check tools | Message rules and you can set up rules to messages of color from different people.  But it's in the list of messages and not the message itself.  She is in the messages of itself, then it could be HTML coloring was applied.

  I am a novice with this topic, pc and tech stuff more, so forgive me if I'm doing this wrong. I bought a used HP laptop, or is it now called "specifications"? Connected, wifi came on no problem. I don't have any book or document info. No doubt cause renovated. So I get on the blue HP screen and he wants a name and a password before anything else. I filled. I tried to scroll down, would not go. Tried "enter" and back and almost all of the keys when it froze on HP connection. Using a Vista to send this message. I don't think that I'm locked in question cannot open a session. If anyone can tell me what a simple gesture to continue set up? Is it possible such as "enter button is damaged?  Is there a "next" in a box I have, this is down low on the screen? So how do the page to scroll down? Any help appreciated. Don't even know if it has a warranty. Usually a consumer except for mecahnical pc and internet. Apreciate if there is an answer.

  If the answer is no, then try the following:

  Turn on/off the laptop, as the POST of HP blue screen appears, press the "F11" on the keyboard several times. (You will have to perhaps put off the system by holding button power for 5 seconds and try again if you don't get the first screen).

  This takes you to the HP System Recovery screen. If this does not work some systems we key "ESC" in the top left corner of the keyboard instead.

  Once you enter HP System Recovery, you should be able to follow the instructions to make a complete system factory restore. Please note: this will remove all data and profiles of user of the laptop, including the user profile that you can not connect, as you seem to have the right username and password available.

  This process will take about 1 to 2 hours, so be patient.

  Once the system restore is performed, and it puts, it should take you back to the 'Out of Box Experience"or OOBE for short.  This will take you through the implementation of the system with your own profile of user and installation of drivers and software from the factory for the first time.

  Usually the OOBE takes about 20 ~ 30 minutes in windows 10.

  When you get to the screen asking you to create a Microsoft Account to connect with, you can create a new Microsoft Account If you wish, or use an existing one.

  If you don't have any internet connection and make it 'offline' then I would suggest that you choose the option "Next" without fill in a user name and password. The next screen will ask you if you want to create one "offline User Account" is a great idea if the system will not be connected to the internet permanently, for example, if you use a mobile device to broadband as your mobile phone to provide internet, instead of a system always activated as ADSL via wifi.

  If you get stuck, the message comes back with the details and I will answer when I can.

  I agree with Richard. There's probably graphics card failure. If the same behavior occurs during the starting procedure, the graphics card must be exchanged. I mean the motherboard together. ;(

  I recently reinstalled Vista on my laptop, and while I installed the drivers, my screen started to display black and bright red. I thought it might be a driver problem, so I formatted my hard drive and reinstalled Vista, but the problem still remains. I plugged an external display and the display was fine about it. I then had a friend opens the monitor section to check the wiring of the kinked wires, but there seems to be no problem. It also happens during POST that lead me to think of my BIOS, but I updated the BIOS to the latest version and the external monitor also seems to me to ignore that. And I have now run out of ideas.

  I installed vista when XP is the operating system of origin, but when you install the drivers that I made sure I chose Vista as my operating system, so I was wondering if there could be a problem there. Everyone would think that it is related to the hardware, software, BIOS related or something else and it is better to open the body to check the wiring there?

  I am trained on technical support for Windows 7, and I do technical support for Windows 7.  At the moment I have no training to win 8 support.  If your device is running Windows 8 - RT, I would put a strong bet on a compatibility issue with the link for the phone drivers. If the device uses the standard Win 8 OS, then I would be inclined to think that it is a problem of compatibility of equipment of a certain type. From what I read link is supposed to work with Win 8. I do not know RT

  I think of how link installed on Win 7 systems, that it comes with its own drivers. I never watched very closely into that because I never had a problem with the link using Win 7.  I had some problems with XP on some older computers. Without the software Link installed Win 7 installs its own generic drivers.

  I also found with Win 7 computers with the former manager of office installed, these drivers to work also with the Z10 to charge and be able to read the card SD and memory of the phone via the USB port. Software Desktop Manager does not work with the Z10.

  Try if you can do it in 8 Win.  Install the software Link. Go to the properties of system with the phone BB device.  Uninstall the phone in the hardware section. This should uninstall the drivers. Restart the computer with the phone powered on and connected. I'm game if drivers Win 8 BB will be installed on the recovery that the pilots of the link. I never tried with Win 8.   If you have Outlook, you can install the Outlook Hotmail sync tool. This is available on the website of Ms. It is called Outlook connect if I remember correctly. This way you can configure MS Outlook to sync with your Hotmail account. This will keep the phone and your Outlook all synchronised with Hotmail.  I do this with a number of Z10 with great success. You will need to make yourself a Hotmail e-mail account. Then, you will need to do some reading to get it going.

• Question red watch SMS Simulator

  Hi all, using 2 9700 simulators under version 5 to try and test a SMS listening program. This used to work fine, but now whenever I have try and send an SMS from 1 Simulator to another, I get a red clock next to the SMS sender and I never get anything else. Like I said it worked very well. The 2nd Simulator runs from a different location than iis used during debugging. I've played around with the SMS settings (currently packs turns to 7-bit encoding) with no joy. Also shot and manage connections without joy. Mobile network take their flight simulator and data services are turned on.

  Can someone tell me what I should do to fix this please because the reset does not work either. Thanks a lot for any assistance.

  Try resetting the simulator by running the clean.bat file located in the directory of Simulator.

  If this does not help, make sure that you do not have any firewall software that blocks the ports used to send and receive SMS messages.
