  Try the following.

  Download IDT Audio Installer on the link below and save it in your downloads folder.

  One time finished, open windows control panel, open Device Manager and open sound, video and game controllers.  Right click on the IDT device and select uninstall - also, you should get a command prompt to delete the current driver, check the box allow this and then proceed to uninstall.

  When you are finished, turn off the phone by holding down the SHIFT key when you click on close to temporarily prevent a "boot hybrid.  Then disconnect the AC adapter and then remove the battery.  Press and hold the Power button for 30 seconds.  Reinsert the battery and plug in the AC adapter.

  Robinet tap away at the key esc that you start the computer to launch the Start Menu, and then select f10 to open the bios menu.  Press f5 to load the default values (sometimes it's f9, but the menu below indicates the correct key), use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and press ENTER.  Press f10 to save the setting and still use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and press on enter.

  Allow Windows to fully - charge it will automatically load an audio driver, but let just this complete.  Then open your download folder, right-click on the IDT Installer and select "Run as Administrator" to launch the installation.  Once this done, do a right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar and select playback devices.  'Speakers and headphones' left click once to highlight, and then click set as default.

  Restart the computer again, then check if the Beats audio Panel is now listed in the control panel.

• Stream laptop HP 11: Synaptics software missing

  Hi, I've read a lot of posts on this topic but have not found anything similar to my situation.

  I installed Win 10 and chose the annihilation all option because I wanted to start over from scratch.  Everything went well and the touchpad works EXCEPT advanced features like scrolling.

  When you look at the control panel-> programs and features, the software Synaptics icon is missing. (Earn 8.1, I could open a Synapics program and adjust the TouchPad).

  If I go to the Device Manager, the pilot HID Snyaptics is there and updated by HP support Assistant.  I tried uninstalling the driver and reinstall it, but no change (strangely, the touchpad worked with the uninstalled driver).

  I checked the registry, but there are very few entries Synaptics (3 or 4) leading me to think the Synaptics Touchpad program is missing.

  Synaptics Web site offers all downloads which offers no HP.

  I thought I'd be able to download the appropriate program, but perhaps I was mistaken.  I use a mouse, so this correction is not critical, but it would be nice to fix.

  Any ideas?

• Software missing to get TV on Qosmio G10

  My Qosmio G10 has just been repaired.
  I'm getting following error message when you try to use the TV feature:
  "the files needed to display video are not installed or they don't parpadean not correctly: restart the PC.

  Thus, some software are missing: which driver or SW? I couldn't find a good answer by browsing the full FAQ.

  Beats Audio interface is usually accessible from windows control panel or a hidden icon on the side right of the taskbar - if this is missing, download and install the IDT driver on the link below.

  The software on the CD is for 10.5 and earlier only.  Uninstall in this special way:

  Go to Applications/Hewlett Packard / click Uninstall HP
  Click on continue
  Highlight your device in the left pane
  Hold down the Ctrl and Opt Cmd and click on uninstall
  There will be a pop up that asks if you are sure you want to uninstall all hp software. (At this point, if you continue, all HP printers you have installed will need to be reinstalled)
  Click on continue and let it finish

  Now run a software update.

  Then, remove and reinstall the printer in System Preferences, Print & Fax.

  You do not have the software now since Snow Leopard as well print & scan drivers built-in. scan from Preview apps or Image Capture. Scan from the front panel of the printer does not work yet.

• DVD burner software missing - Satellite Pro M30

  I bought the laptop with the DVD burner drive. I use my laptop for business purposes and I can't find the CD for the software that came with the laptop.
  All the software I need are installed on my machine except the software that allows me to use the DVD drive to burn DVDs.

  When I insert a blank DVD, the Windows disk folder (which works well with CDs) does not have the files I have to slide on it, and apparently, I need the software provided on the CD to be able to write DVD.

  Can someone help me please? I can't find the software on the Toshiba site, so it would be great if someone could direct me to find...

• Qosmio G20 - software missing disks

  I have a Qosmio G20, who had wiped hard drives caused by a virus.

  Reinstall the software to a disc that I seem to have misplaced. Apparently Toshiba canning is no longer a copy of this disk because it is an old model. I was wondering if someone could help me with this problem? I think that it is a corrected software dvd - rom as according to the user manual, it is the only software disc that came with the computer.

• Another PC, same software, missing file Type Options

  I just switched to another PC in my office and copied on Microsoft Photo Editor from my previous machine.  On this machine, I regularly used this software to open it. PCX files.  On this machine, the Photo editing software does not recognize. PCX as a file type.  Is there something I can do for that change?  This is the same version of the software, so I don't understand why this is happening.

  P.S. I discovered other programs that will be open. PCX files, but I can't find them almost as easy to use.

  It seems that the Photo Editor is an integral part of earlier versions of Microsoft Office (it disappeared in more recent versions).  According to the following articles, it seems that it takes a graphic filter 'PC Paintbrush' to work with the format PCX with the Office Suite.  Photo Editor may require this as well...

  If the webcam does not work, I recommend you to uninstall and reinstall the webcam drivers.

  To uninstall the Dell webcam central software, perform the following steps:

  1. Click Start.
  2. Click on Control Panel.
  3. Using the drop down next to the view by: in the upper right, select large icons.
  4. Click programs and features.
  5. Click Dell Webcam Central.
  6. Click on uninstall.
  7. Confirm the uninstallation by clicking OK.
  8. Once uninstalled, restart the computer.
