  I don't know if this will help any, but I had a problem with the update, installation and launching applications myself and I found it was a Windows Update problem and not a problem with the store or the application itself. Here's how you can solve the problems of Windows Update. Look below!

  Step to correct the applications not install or update.

  First of all, make sure that Windows Update is NOT running. Then pull on the menu on the right that has search options, startup, etc.. Click or press search. The executables have been built in the same version of LabVIEW, but now I need (for reasons I will not go in) to build an installer to exe files built in different versions of LabVIEW. Anyone tried this? I guess I can just compile in different versions, paste the exe files in the spaces provided and start the installer build spec?

  You can include files you want in an Installer (so you can include the output of another version from another project), but remember that you need to also ensure that the correct version of the run LabVIEW is installed for each of them. If you are not including the runtime in your Setup program, then this isn't a problem, but something to keep in mind.

  You can also include other installers in your installer also - I think you might have an installer for each version of LV, which includes applications and the LVRT appropriate and then another installer which includes those.

  It can get tricky, but you should be able to make it work.

  I have a strange question in the generation of installers with a function IMAQdx in LV Application Builder 2014.

  When I was building an installer for an executable file using IMAQdx in 2013 LV, Application Builder automatically selected additional installers needed and IMAQdx drivers (Vision Acquisition) were one of them. Now I'm trying to build the project even in 2014, but in the additional installers, I see only NOR-IMAQdx DURATION 14.0. When I build the installer in 2014 LV, the size of the file is about 300MB opposed to 900MB of the installer which has been built in 2013 of LV.

  When I run the installation program from 2014 on a 'clean' Windows, install and run any application that uses IMAQdx, I do not see the cameras connected. This problem is fixed after manual installation Vision Acquisition software of DVD drivers for the device OR. After that, I can see all the cameras in the application and in MAX.

  What you see with only the Vision Acquisition Software runtimes (VAS) available in the list of installers extra is expected with the latest behavior.

  Before Vision Acquisition Software (VAS) August 2014, programs additional installation to after-sales Service, namely OR-IMAQ, e/s NOR-IMAQ and NOR-IMAQdx not only includes the runtime components but also for LabVIEW application development support. GO August 2014 and later, now only allow us the deployment of runtime components. This gives the advantage of a substantially reduced Installer size, but you can include more support development (ADE) LabVIEW applications is in the installation program.

  This change aligns Vision with LabVIEW behavior and most of the other products OR you cannot deploy generally support the complete development of a product, but rather only the runtime components. If you need to install GO with ADE on your deployment machine, you will need to distribute the complete Installer GOING on this machine in addition to LabVIEW (to make use of the SAV ADE support). To do this automatically, you will need to write a batch file to run the installer for LabVIEW, then IMAQdx.

  With respect to the second issue of not being able to see the camera, I think that what you are experiencing is that the drop of the control Session is dimmed and you cannot click on it to see a list of the cameras on the system. It is also the expected behavior for the runtimes are going TO.   To troubleshoot the unable to start the issue to cause corrupted driver, some files that can not be loaded during the startup process must be fixed or restored. So, let's check the disk by using the Windows Recovery Console.

  (a) put the Windows Vista installation disc in the disc drive, and then start the computer.

  (b) press a key when the message "Press any key to boot from CD or DVD ".

  (c) select a language, a time, a currency and a keyboard or another input method, and then click Next.

  (d) click on repair your computer.

  (e) (click on the operating system you want to repair), and then click Next.

  (f) in the System Recovery Options dialog box, click command prompt. Type chkdsk c:/f to try to correct the errors.

  (g) Note: answer them when chkdsk asks you if you want to check the disk next boot Vista

  (h) after the recording of the disc, and then run sfc/scannow to check the corruption of system files.

  Finally, we were able to find out what was at the root of the problem and corrupts our extension installers!

  It turns out that the new WebAssist extensions have a wrong code in them that empty the temp of Dreamweaver on each open page folder so actually screw up our extension installers...

  How to solve the problem:

  1. remove all WebAssist extensions

  2. go in:

  for Windows:

  C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver CC\en_US\Configuration\Commands

  for Mac:

  /Users/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Dreamweaver CC/fr_FR/Configuration/Commands

  (if you have CS6 or DW version replace the CC in the paths above with her)

  Make sure that both of these files do not exist in:

  installer_onOpen.htm

  installer2_onOpen.htm

  If they still exists, then delete them.

  After that, you will be able to install the extensions of DMXzone you're used.

  I used 'oracle' user to run the rapidwiz. R12.1.1 is installed as a single node installation. Hence the name of group 'dba' and the 'oracle' user name are the user name and the groupname. Linux root user is stil intact.
  
  As we used to run the script 'root.sh' after installing the database software, which allows to create the "oratab" in "/ etc", we do not run here.
  I think that there is no need to launch 'root.sh"after installation because it is built into the rapidwiz.
  I discovered oraInst.Loc in the oracle home database and that it points to the location of the inventory. I found the inventory in the location pointed to by the oraInst.Loc. But what about oratab?

  You must create an oraInst.loc according to the (Oracle Applications Release Notes, Release 12.1.1 [798258.1 ID]).
