  Just an update on the case where someone else has had this problem. I don't have an answer in the forum, so I tried the online chat support. No go... basically just showed me the scripts that are already online to reset the box, etc. This person has finally dropped and asked me to call and speak to someone directly. Has not had time to really crazy with it, but when the new firmware is released which includes the browser, I downloaded it and that seemed to fix the problem.
