HP2009 Office BK290AA #ABA

I get messages that my hard drive fail soon. I backed up all the data on an external hard drive.  I'm ready to buy an another desktop HP and Iwant to continue with the Windows 7 operating system. I didn't drive when I bought this HP.

How can I get the disc of windows 7 OS since I can't buy a HP with 7 OS?

You will need to create recovery kit for your system that helps you to restore the system to factory settings in case of system crash, of the Corruption of the operating system or hard drive failure. See the following link for the procedure to create the recovery kit:

I bought a Pavillion HL # 500 - A47A, product model #: Office H5P71AA #ABA about a week ago.  It came with a HARD SATA 3.5 inch disk drive 1 TB and a 5.25 DVD burner inches.  I want to add a second HARD internal 3.5-inch disk, but there is no mounting bracket in the case.  When I called to request a mounting bracket, I got responses ranging from "we can send a technician to do it" to "it cannot be done" so that the case can be customized.

There is plenty of space behind the drive and in fact, there is a cable hanging there to add a second drive.

I'd appreciate any help with where to find a 3.5 HARD drive mounting bracket.  I have a HDD from my old PC

Here are the specifications of your HP Pavilion 500-computer 047c of office. According to the specification, this model has only a single drive 3.5 "bay and one 5.25" drive Bay. Without using the optical drive Bay, you must use the double-sided tape or drill holes into the housing to mount media training or a cage in the computer.

  • dc5800 sff computer of office: purchase recovery disc for dc5800 sff system, model KA404UT #ABA

I am the 2nd owner of computer and appears as former owner had installed a Dell on this HP operating system. would be OK but drive hard contains of disk errors that Windows cannot fix. Leading to intermittent shutdowns and all kinds of fluctuations to get a Win 7 upgrade disk to restart Windows. HP does not sell the RRD more. I'd be willing to pay for the discs, if someone has a set of left.

    Hello:

Most of the dc5800 comes with Windows Vista Business or Vista Business downgraded to XP Pro, like yours, so HP has never had recovery disc for the dc5800 W7.

    https://h10057.www1.HP.com/ecomcat/hpcatalog/specs/provisioner/05/KA404UT.htm

You call this number (USA/Canada) to see if HP recovery Vista Business left discs?

Demand for 64-bit because otherwise you will get 32 bits.

    1-800-334-5144

If they do not, you can still get a set of this provider not HP - looks like only 32-bit however.

You can call and ask if they have Vista Business 64-bit games.

  • Power cord IPS L: Hp monitor 23 inch HP Pavilion 23xw does not take to the office?

Good so I recently bought a new desktop computer HP and monitor, but does not have the cord that connects the monitor to the computer (I think that's what we call a vga?) or I guess that is not compatible.

The office, I ordered is a P5Q80AV of HP ENVY 750 #ABA_1 desktop PC
This is what looks like the back of it, and I guess the part surrounded by a circle is where I would plug the power cord of the monitor to the computer?

The monitor is a HP Pavilion 23xw 23 inch IPS LED backlit monitor J7Y75AA #ABA
    It's the rope

Am I missing something here, or do I have to return this and buy another monitor? Where can I get something else that will connect the monitor to the computer?

I apologize if this sounds stupid, I'm just not tech savy.

Your graphics card HDMI, it seems that your monitor is also.

So, you can use an HDMI cable to connect your PC to your monitor.

Or you will need a VGA adapter DVI [masculine] [man].

The top connector is DVI - D [Dual Link] and only supports digital displays.

The lower connector is DVI - I [double link] and support a display either analog or digital.

    1. Turn off all the devices connected to the computer. Unplug the power cord from the computer to the power source (power or power adapter).
    2. Remove the cover from the computer.
    3. Find the battery on the Board.
    4. With a medium flat head screwdriver, gently release the battery from its connector. Note the direction of the "+" and "-" on the battery.
    5. Leave the battery for 10-15 minutes, the CMOS to lose the settings.
    6. Replace the battery in the connector, guide the "+" and "-" correctly.
    7. Replace the computer cover.
    8. Re-turning on the system.

  • Drive hard HP 4530 s, Puerto Rico Office failure?

I have two problem: my battery died completely, and check the memory and hard drive test shows error Readfailure. I think I have to replace hard drive and battery.

But the problem I have is that I bought my laptop from Tigerdirect on January 11, 2012, and I'm supposed to have guaranteed for 1 year. But the guarantee of the laptop had already begun in October 2011. I have a proof of purchase of Tiger direct.

I live in Puerto Rico and was not able to locate any office where I can go and extend my warranty until January 11, 2013. If I could extend that somehow (maybe e-mail someowhere my receipt of tigerdirect), then maybe I can forward my cell phone (somewhere) for repair. If there is a HP Office in Puerto Rico, if someone could provide me with the address/phone?

    Details on my laptop.

Any help will be much appreciated.

    Prakash cheraa

You must call the HP technical support @ 1-800-474-6836 and have the perform what is called a "request for POP", which is a proof of purchase requisition. They will check the purchase date so that you get the full warranty that you are supposed to have.

From there, once he has updated you can have the laptop parts shipped to you under warranty and you can also extend the warranty at that time here.

  • Pavillion 500 - 205t: reloading MS Office without a key

Background: I bought a laptop HP dv9500t HP EPP website in 2007. I've added MS Office Home & Student 2007 to order, so it came pre-installed with the laptop. To the best of my recollection, no CD was provided, in any case I don't have one, or a key for the pre installed MS Office.  This laptop has failed recently, so I bought this new desktop Pavilion 500 PC - 205t. It has Windows 7 pro 64-bit. The laptop has Windows 7 Home.  I am at a loss as to how I do MS Office Home & Student 2007 on my new desktop PC. The software is downloadable from MS, but without key, it won't install or work. Is maintained with technical support from HP, they said call MS. Called MS tech support and they directed me to call the tech support of HP, is not their problem as it was a load of OEM software. Called HP sales the site EPP and they connect back to the HP technical support. Rinse and repeat.

This forum is a last hope for resolution or advice.  I have read many questions & answers here as well as the knowledge is just phenomenal.  Is my MS Office purchase now gone forever? If it's true someone just told me that if I can move Google doc or other office products. I don't have the physical laptop more but I have HDD it is intact and have connected it via USB.  I have also the portable original packing list which lists MS Office as RK250AV #ABA and I also original order number. I also have a certificate of authenticity supplied with the documentation of the laptop, but I din't know what they were wearing.  It has a product ID of 29201-OEM-0002561-22704.  I also ran BeLarc Advisor, but it seems that on the drive system for the 500 - 205t and not the portable joint HARD drive.

Any advice on the place where start settling my quest for my office software recharge would be appreciated!

    Ted

Sorry, I think that the OEM versions can be transferred to another computer.

  • Deactivation of the evaluation version of Microsoft Office 2013

    Hello

    My system:

    64-bit Windows of 8.1 / product name: HP 15 laptop / product number: F9H60UA #ABA

    My Question:

Simply remove the MS Office 2013 in my list of software already installed?  I can't afford to buy it right now and have installed MS Office 2007.

My problem is that when I got open a document I've downloaded, I have the box asking me to buy, or try to enter my code MS 2013.  I don't know if I can change just how my system opens parts attached or not, but if I can just remove this program / I'd rather because it's too much space that I could use for something else.

    Thank you!!

    Cheryl

    Cheryl,

The best course of action would have been uninstall installed HP of the trial "MS Office 2013" program before installing your full copy of MS Office 2007.

At this point, you'll need uninstalling MS Office 2007 and then uninstall MS Office 2013. Restart the computer and reinstall MS Office 2007. This should solve your problem.

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

THANK YOU ALL... TO AID ATTEMPT!

It is a card mother sound card or a matter of PCI Bus. It happened in 2006, BUT all the drivers were available on the HP Site.

More I mess with the sound the more questions that I create for me. at one point a windows at startup .dll file has disappeared... I couldn't get windows to load even - I have been lucky and figured it out using XP Pro Disc. AMAZING!

I have an Ipod, Iphone and a laptop, 30 hours over 8 days is enough frakin.

I loaded to recover disks received for my laptop that I gave to my niece who had to load Norton.  She did not; Therefore, the laptop computer got a virus and the sound no longer works.  I took the laptop to Geek Squad to fix and they have charged the recovery disks.  I have the laptop back and when I go in Office home and Student 2007 I received a message that I only have so many visits to use Office.  Message asks for a product key.  HP send me key number that is required.

Office is provided as a 60 day trial on most HP machines, unless you paid extra for the license at the time of purchase, or MS key after you set up the laptop.

  • After the system recovery, installation of MS Office 2003 says incorrect product key!

I ran System Recovery on my HP Pavilion a465c (prod # 160A DT) with the home edition of XP preinstalled.

After trying to start any MS Office 2003 product (which was also preinstalled), I wonder to enter a product key.

Carefully, I entered the correct product key for the Windows XP Home edition on the computer sticker and the messge comes back as 'incorrect product key.

I tried also to carefully enter the correct product key on my registry (which is different from the sticker product key) and it is also as "incorrect."

Someone at - it suggestions on why the product key on the label and on my registry both come back as incorrect?

    Thank you!

The bottom of the laptop product key is the product key of Windows XP.  You need the product key Office 2003 from the Office 2003 package.  If you haven't, I recommend the purchase Office 2007 Home and Student Edition.

  • Product # LW370UA #ABA; cooling fan works not properly!

My computer product phone # is LW370UA #ABA

Message started coming indicating that the fan did not work properly and can lead to frequent stops.

Well... it stops frequently. What can I do?

    Hey mnorfleet,

Can you confirm whether or not the fan actually? Maybe you can hear, feel the air flow, or even see it.

If she seems to turn, maybe it's a little dusty in the movement of air flow or fan here and barriers. You can use a can of compressed air (available at any office store) to blow some of the dust.

If the fan does NOT spin, I recommend strongly immediately calling assistance from HP to set up a repair: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/contact.html
