  I use windows7 on my HP desktop. I have updated to the new drivers for my printer/scanner HP3050 J610a about a month ago and since then have had some problems at random. Later, it is that it will not now print web pages in IE 11. I don't know when my browser updated itself, so I don't which excluded as long as possible problem. I am able to print from firefox.

  So, I've had a HP3050 for a few months now and it has been printing fine.  I replaced the black cartridge for my wife today print shipping labels and now is to have some of the following questions:

  -Some documents, such as labels, she was the printing of USPS, print lined up, but they are very thirsty - almost a light blue color.  USPS logo is darker.

  -J' tried to print a document from a web browser and it came out similar - text was all blue, except the characters text that was a medium blue and the color picture came out ok.

The name of the file was across the top with just the first only half printed and the first element in the list printed with low 1/4 of the missing text.  The rest of the items were printed at all.

  Uninstall the printer from Add/Remove Programs, and then install the full software functionality via the USB port. If you are unable to print, we consider that there is a problem within the operating system on the computer that helps the prints failed to the spooler. Let me know what you find?

  I have trouble with printing wirelessly with Ipad on HP3050. I can print from my PC. I used to print from my Ipad by I had to reinstall the printer software and printing from ipad no longer works. The ipad is the printer and indicates that the text prints, but nothing happens.

  The Ipad and the printer are seen by the router. I use WPA2-personal time on 5 and 2,4 GHz with AES encryption.

  Could someone tell me what could be the problem?

  I see that you experience problems printing from your iPad to your printer.  I would like to try the following steps.

  1. unplug the printer and the router for a minute.

  2. turn off your iPad.

  3. connect the router to the top.

  4. wait another minute plug printer upward.

  5 turn on iPad.

  6. try to print again.

  Let me know how it goes.

  The suggestion has not solved the problem, but thank you for your efforts.  When I would check for what is printing now, I noticed three different printers listed and all hp3050 showing with slight differences, I deleted both of which do not have only hp3050 J610a in the identity and I went back and plugged the usb cord that goes from the printer to the computer and I went back and the wireless connection to hard wired and that fixes the problem.

  Hi all. Am 66 & new to computers and the forums. I'll try to be brief, but I want to describe my problem as precisely as possible. I have a laptop Toshiba Satellite C655, HP3050 j610a printer wireless, Windows 7, 32 bit OS and Google Chrome is my browser. For the past 2 years I had wireless printing problem with my Westell 7500 router. Then my ISP (Verizon) gave me a D-Link 2750 B. My laptop connected to the internet via my wireless right now, but the impression is only possible via the USB port.

  Reads the error message: "your printer could not join the wireless network - Mac address filtering can be enabled on your wireless router. (I checked & it is not). Then I printed a wireless network Test report and the header reads as follows: "your HP printer cannot find your access point. Verify that your access point is turned on. Make sure that your network (SSID) HP printer name exactly matches your network name of the access point (SSID). If they do not exactly match, run wireless network setup to set up your HP printer. In addition, under the Diagnostics summary, it reads: 'Network Name (SSID) Found = FAIL.

  What I've tried so far: uninstall & reinstall all of the HP software (Via the website of hp), router cycle power & printer, printer reset to factory, looked inside the router & all seems OK. I did a search on Google for this problem and got more confusing and complicated explanation I was looking for... all the way to subnet masks; whatever it may be. I'm at the point now (and please correct me if I'm on the wrong way) I think I should try manually turn on the network news in the printer or get an IP printer. Neither of which I know how to do.  Is there a way to look inside my printer settings I look inside my router settings... and how?

  In my opinion, it has become much more complicated than necessary and I'm probably overlooking the obvious here. Any help would be greatly appreciated, but please respond to me as if I was in 3rd grade! (Although as a student of 3rd would probably have figured this out already)!

  You can look in the printer for the first time after it has been reset only.

  On the front of the printer: Wireless > default settings.  Now, on your PC connect wireless network printer that starts with "HP."... »

  Print a network Test Wireless in the menu on the front of the printer wireless to get its IP address.  Type the address in the browser address bar to reveal the internal settings of the printer.

  Printer started working today.

  I deleted my printers HP3050, removed cable printer, stop computer and printer.

  restarted printer and computer, reinstalled cable and now the printer works normally.

  Vista, universal driver without success. Oddly enough, I have a second on desktop using windows 7 ultimate which operates the printer but I am unable to emulate the settings.

  If the question is always persistent then it means either the print spooler service is missing or damaged, I suggest you run the REG file that was downloaded in the link provided by Ramesh Srinivasan in his position, responded on June 2, 2012 in the thread link provided below.

  Thank you for using communities of Apple Support. It seems that you experience problems printing to a Wi - Fi printer. Looks like you already have a troubleshooting. I recommend reading this article, you have already done some steps here, but there is more information you have not mentioned by train.
  
  

  If the issue is not resolved, take these last steps to remove all the drivers printer currently installed that might be causing the problem:

  1. Choose  menu Apple > System Preferences, and then click Printers and scanners.
  2. Control-click anywhere in the list of devices, and then choose "Reset printing system" from the context menu that appears.
  3. From the Finder, choose go > go to folder. Type /Library/Printers/ , and then click surGo.
  4. The Printers folder opens. Choose Edition > select all to select all the items in the folder.
  5. Choose file > new folder with selection to all the selected items in a new folder named new folder with the elements.
     To save storage space, you can delete the folder new folder with items after you complete the remaining steps.
  6. Follow the steps described in previous section once more.

  If your printing problem is not resolved, contact the manufacturer of the printer to support.
