• HP TX2 finger calibration problems

  I am having trouble with the calibration of touch of the finger on my TX2 so I ran the calibration routine.

  If this problem is with only one corner of the screen, I suspect that it is a hardware problem. Please get intouch with the Technical Support @ 1-800-HPINVENT team. If they diagnose too like a hardware problem, you can get the notebook repaired under warranty...

• DeskJet 932c, calibration problem - thank you!

  I have recently switched from Win 98SE to Vista Home Premium.  My printer is a printer to update HP Deskjet 932c.  A driver is already installed on the computer.  So the printer works perfectly and very fast.  However, the 932 the disc program is not acceptable for Vista (so I don't have access to a function of "Toolbox" is important to me.)  I have a full printed version of the manual.  That tells me how to clean that my impression is heading by hand, here I need, but it don't tell me how to calibrate the printer if it was necessary.  Toolbox does this to me.

  Anyone know of a way I can download and integrate the program of the box tools online, or, even better (because I never used the Toolbox for something else that calibration - and programming Vista printer is very close to Toolbox in what it offers - anyone know if there is a calibration program that I can download line and incorporate it into my program so that I have a means of) Calibrate my 932C printer?  I have no reason to replace the printer except where it is necessary for me to calibrate it and I can't.  Final thought - I can hand calibrate the printer?

  Yes, the printer actaully does calibration without the OS being involved.  (The calibration page will be printed and the calibration carried out even if the printer is not connected to a computer).

  Under normal circumstances, I wouldn't have to force a calibration by hand.  If the need arise, it can be done by holding the power button / stop and press and release the paper\resume three times fast print button.  Your use of the term "form feed" threw me a moment.  Did you mean the print button (a symbol of the page with an arrow right next to the power switch)?

  Yes, I'm sorry.  In previous models the button was talking to a page break button.

• W520 - color calibration problem

  I recently received a w520, it seems to work fine. However, I am having trouble with the color profile in windows on the laptop. In the display settings advanced that I keep trying to set a custom ICC profile, but never the time the computer goes into power saving or stops the monitor out of the ICC profile is reset to the default.

  I scoured these forums as well as various sources around the net for a solution with nothing doesn't. Can someone point me in the right direction please and thanks in advance.

  Here is the fix:

  Click the Windows Start button and type "msconfig" in the search bar; Press ENTER. In the window that appears, click on the "Startup" tab at the top. In the list of questions below, you should see three entries for "Intel(r) Common User Interface". To the right of the people is a column called order. One of the mentions for Intel Common User Interface will be the command "c:\windows\system32\igfxpers.exe". Clear the check box next to this entry, click on apply and down and then restart your computer. Your display profile that you set must be loaded now.

• ImageScaleToFit() calibration problem

  When resizing images with ImageScaleToFit(), output image is the wrong size.
  
  For example, an original which is 856w x 270 h, scaling to fit within 800 x 600 appears as 799 x 252.

• Portege M400 Pen calibration

  Hello

  I have problems to calibrate my stylus.
  A few weeks ago, my pc was sent to Toshiba that some work on the screen. I don't know if it has been cleaned or replaced. Since then I couldn't calibrate my pen in landscape or portrait.
  The pen works perfectly at other times, but when the calibration screen I can not 'click' in the tasks. I can click on the Cancel button and I can right click too during calibration but not normal 'click '.
  Although not a huge problem I would like to adjust the calibration slightly.
  Someone at - it ideas?

  Maybe it's just a problem with the distance between the stylus and the screen.
  But of course we shouldn't t rule out the fact that the ASP worked on this laptop, and perhaps that technicians have forgotten something.

  For example; If the motherboard has been replaced on a laptop computer with sensor accelerometer s necessary to recalibrate the accelerometer with Test & Diagnostics software.
  For example, if the sensor is is not si le capteur n' est pas calibre calibrated correct switching between landscape and portrait will not work.

  Perhaps a similar problem could be responsible for the pen calibration problems.
  So I think that it would be a good idea to contact the ASP and ask a few details and what changed on the laptop.

• 200545 PCI-6033e auto calibration error

  I have a PCI-6033e card that worked for a long time on an old computer (Windows 2000) who recently has the same problem, as described in THIS post. The measured voltage in all NOR-DAQmx tasks, or any VI run by BT is always the minimum voltage value in the negative area, without noise (that is, - 5V, - 10V etc.). When the voltage range is set to 0V more (i.e. 1V - 5V) the voltage is constant 0V.

  

  I don't think I have the same problem as in the post I linked above because my card does not work on two separate computers. While the post above, the map worked in a computer and not the other.

  I am trying hard to draw the card on a "new" computer (Windows 7) and have the following questions.

  On both computers, old & new:

  -New versions of the drivers have been downloaded and updated.
  -Card past self-test

  -Card can be reset.

  -Card fails Auto Calibration (200545 error)

  When I run the utility DAQ Diagnotistic 2.1, it get hung up after the next step:

However, there is nothing connected to the acquisition of data. When asked if I want to continue, the utility DAQ Diagnotistic says 'stable' but do not process with the Diagnotistic test.

  Declare that the DAQ Diagnostic Utility is stuck in after I told him to continue.

  Any ideas when it comes to a bad card, or it must be sent for calibration would be appreciated!

I don't think that it is a calibration problem either since there is absolutely no response to the signal on the oscilloscope. • Problem by dragging the PS window to the 2nd screen/monitor

  I have a MacBook Pro which is 10.10.5 and Yosemite.  I have a 2nd monitor is an ASUS.  I had been their mirror so far, but due to calibration problems, I do is no longer that.  How can I drag Photoshop CC on the 2nd monitor?  I have my put monitors in place on the Mac preferences they are upstairs and downstairs.  I drag my programs to my ASUS but PS does not allow me to drag the program.  I tried to open another window in PS.  I tried read but can't seem to get it.  Any help is appreciated!

• Satellite P10-304-DVD-ROM/CD-RW questions!

  I own one of the original computers Satellite P10-304, which has a DVD-ROM/CD-RW combo drive. For these last months, we have one or two problems with that. It was a little skittish in which CD it reads, but in the last days he almost completely stopped read correctly (audio/data) CD / DVDs. He doesn't seem to know they are there. However, the Player opens and runs well, as if it were playing the CD, but nothing happens on the PC.

  Curiously, I then looked on the list of the system, and the DVD-ROM/CD-RW driver had an excalamation mark. Even more curiously, the pilot was called TOSIICA! DWD something or other, when I'm sure it should have been DVD TOSHIBA etc.etc. Following the instructions, I uninstalled and then tried to reinstall, but it does not appear now when I try to add hardware.

  But that is only my suggestion. The other possibility is broken (lens calibration problem) by car.
  You say that you have already removed the drive from the Device Manager, but the peut t OS recognizes the drive again. Well, in this case one of the possibilities is to use the System Restore tool or retrieve the device with the recovery CD.
  But if the drive is broken recovery procedure doesn t help. In this case, only the replacement of the drive can solve this problem.

  Try to remove the drive from Device Manager and reboot your device. After restarting the OS should reinstall the drive. Then try to play the DVD.

  I have a HP ENVY 5530 bought 6 months ago. It works fine up to last week.

  When I try to print photos on paper glossy A4-180gsm printing process seems to start until the paper has been fed properly - resulting in one third of the image is not being printed.

  The amount of the printed image varies so I guess this isn't a calibration problem, but more likely a slip on paper feed.

  I printed out photos full page on the same paper successfully during the last 6 months if the paper is OK.

  The printer will print on uncoated paper 90gsm without problem.

  This sounds like a battery calibration problem. Try to run the battery down until your laptop off, then plug the AC adapter and see if it charges to 100%.
