hp6500 keeps multiple copies of coil
Just recenty that my 6500 Wireless is now queue 3-4 best whenever I have send a print job. really frustrating to get 3-4 copies of something when you want only one. I have to look, shoot the paper supply, and then it takes 2-5 tries to get the real cancelled task. I have to keep pressing the button cancel on the printer, as well as by clicking on 'cancel all tasks' in the window of the printer (Windows 7). It may take up to a minute to finally get to stop printing.
Help!
Try to uncheck the option "Activate the supported bidirectional" in the port 6500 real estate tab.
It is the case in all programs?

original title: Outlook Express 6.0
Recently, when I send an e-mail message by using Outlook Express 6.0 three things happen:
(1) he does not leave the Outbox, unless I have to go in and manually remove it.
(2) my report of recipients receiving multiple copies of the same message (for example, received the same email 6 times)
(3) my sent folder is not updated with the emails I sent.
I'd appreciate any help that could be offered.
Thank you!
Glenside Guy
Your sent items folder is corrupted. Move or copy messages from the folder that you want to keep. Then close OE and delete the file sent items.dbx and outbox.dbx (hidden). OE will then create new ones, and that should solve the problem.
Because your files has been corrupted, you might consider backup before they get completely corrupt and in addition, you could go to file | Identities and setup a new identity. This will give you a base of new messages, not corrupted, and you then go to file | Import | Messages and import them from the old identity.

Moneycounts Parsons - when printing cheques I receive multiple copies of cheques printed
Original title: Moneycounts Parsons.
I hope someone can help me!
When I print checks I receive multiple copies of cheques printed - how can I keep it to print more than one.
I'm not changing any parameter, but get the same check printed 12. It just started doing this. I deleted and reinstalled the program.
There must be a setting error in my copy of the backup file.
Thank youHi John Mc960,.
Thank you for writing to Microsoft Communities. Before you start the troubleshooting steps, I need the required information:
· Did you do changes on the computer before the show?
· What is the brand and model of the printer?
· The question is limited to this application?
Follow these methods.
Method 1: Perform a clean boot to see if there is a software conflict as the clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.
Note: After completing the steps in the clean boot troubleshooting, follow the section How to configure Windows to use a Normal startup state from the link to start the computer to a Normal startupmode.
After the clean boot used to resolve the problem, you can follow these steps to configure Windows XP to start normally.
(a) click Start, run.
(b) type msconfigand click OK.
(c) the System Configuration Utility dialog box appears.
(d) click the general tab, click Normal startup - load all services and device drivers and then click OK.
(e) when you are prompted, click restart to restart the computer.
Method 2: Do a system restore and check.
How to restore Windows XP to a previous state
If the problem persists, you can contact seller support request for more information.
Let us know if you need more assistance. We will be happy to help you.
Thank you.

Have uninstalled and re installed TB; still had the problem so deleted files popstate.dat; three old and I guess that the other two were for both accounts I have. Sometimes I go to the server/webmail and delete the large email to stop repeated downloads.
BillI tried a different e-mail program, and it did not download multiple copies. Tried to uninstall TB new and removed the front profile of re install and still had the same problem. One of the large files sent to my friend that I had installed TB on his computer for him and he doesn't have the problem. So I changed my email from POP3 to IMAP and now it seems that the multiple download problem disappeared. I would like to know well why I had a problem and my friend (and others) do not have.

my iPhoto will not print multiple copies of a photo.
I'm under o/s10.7.5 and iPhoto 8.1.2 version. I've selected my photo and chose to print on the file menu. I select the contact Board on the menu of the icon to the left of my picture. A small picture of my photo appears on the preview. Layout page or column options had no effect and when I print only one tiny copy of my photo is displayed. Of course, I'm in the middle of a project to date limit for which I need this feature!
I have not use iPhoto 8 for a very long time, so do not know, is that it is valid. With the current iPhoto 9.6.1 duplicate a photo as many times that the copies are required on the printed sheet.
Select the copies, and use the Contact sheet available:
Or use the custom layout and set the size to get the number of photos per page you want:
NOTE: The key is to duplicate the image as many times as you need to get the number of images per page you want.
This is how works the latest version of iPhoto. I don't remember how iPhoto 8.1.2 manages multiple copies of a picture on a page.

Multiple copies of the same mail and "unresponsive".
I have fought with Thunderbird for about a week now and have had no chance to solve my problems. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I tried all the suggestions on the FAQ page.
Here are my symptoms:
-Make multiple copies of the same email with the same time stamp.
-Not pulling new e-mail messages.
-Whenever I try to navigate upwards or downwards in the Inbox or open an email TB will does not.
-J' got warnings from the following script:
Script: resource://gre/modules/XPCOMUtils.jsm:323
Script: chrome://messenger/content/mailWindow.js:179Here is what I tried:
-J' completely removed and reinstalled TB (and recovered my profile).
-J' have compressed files.
-J' rebuilt the database world.
-From TB in safe mode does not seem to make a big difference.Fortunately, I have access to webmail via my ISP and it works fine.
Thank you!
McAfee has released a faulty update, please contact them for support on changing the setting to something that actually works.
I saw a poster here today who used their support chat and they 'fixed a few adjustment' and now all is good.
Not good was not what I wanted to say

How can I open multiple copies of Firefox - like I used to do on the old computer?
I have a new computer and downloaded Firefox 28.0 I need to have multiple copies of Firefox opened at the same time when working on projects. Using tabs is completely unacceptable, because I do not see a piece of information at a time. I don't know anything about programming, so please don't tell me to do anything related to that. Is the best solution to remove the new version and return to the old ones?
One thing I do in this case is to open several tabs, and then drag one tab away from others. When you drag the tab away it will open in its own window, which gives you what sounds like you after.
Good luck!

It seems intuitive to me that opening several tabs (w / a copy of Firefox running) should be more effective than opening multiple copies of Firefox, but I can't find anything on this issue when I google it or search on your site. What is the best, or isn't it important? If one is better on the other, is there a big difference?
f it's important, I usually 4-6 tabs open, but sometimes 10 or more. It usually has 4 to 6 copies of Firefox running, w / 1 or 2 tabs.
I'm tired of arguing, so I would really like to know. Thank you!
Efficiency has many meanings. Firefox could use a little more memory to use several windows, but the memory is relatively cheap and plentiful on the recent PC. Perhaps more important is the style of each person.
Please note that there is a difference between open multiple windows in a single Firefox session and execution of several Firefox sessions. In the latter scenario, you would load the executable together several times (and to avoid conflicts load a separate Firefox in each profile), and you would only do this for testing or in other special cases.

LaserJet 1320: Print multiple copies
Regardless of the number of copies I specify to print on my Laserjet 1320, it will only print one copy. I use Word 2010, Windows 8.1
I suspect that the following is the case:
- Your document is a MultiPage document (i.e. not just a single page).
- You select that copies be printed "collected" (e.g. pages 1,2,3,..., 1, 2, 3,..., 1, 2, 3,...) rather than "not assembled" (i.e. pages 1,1,1,..., 2, 2, 2,..., 3, 3, 3,...).
- The driver assumes that the printer can produce multiple copies of a source only copy - this is known as ing MOPY(I think it stands for "copy of the original multiple").
- But the printer does not function MOPY - usually this is only available if the printer has a hard drive or a large RAM disk - I do not think that the LJ1320 supports one of these.
You can confirm that the foregoing occurs by:
- "Capture" a print job to a file (using the option "print to a file" in the print Word dialogue or sample driver
- Then examing initially file resulting .prn (you should be able to open it in Notepad).
- Most of the file can be unintelligible, but initially will look like:
If the command SET QTY is there, this confirms that the driver think the printer will make copies.
If so, check the settings of the device to the printer:
to check whether or not the system thinks that a hard disk is installed on the printer, and Mopier mode is enabled or not.
If the disk hard printer is set to installed, change to not installed.
If the Mopier Mode is set to Enabled, change it to disabled.
Then repeat the tests to see if it makes a difference.
He should do it, although the print jobs sent to the printer will be larger (they will contain several copies).

Product: Mac Book Pro, OS X Yosemite
Question: When I send an email to trash, why multiple copies of this email appear in the trash?
From the Mail menu bar, you select
▹ mail preferences... ▹ Accounts
Select one of your accounts, IMAP in the list on the left, and then open the behaviors of the box tab, uncheck the box marked
Store the deleted messages on the server
Do the same thing in your other accounts IMAP. Save changes when prompted.
