  My iCloud account is full, I want to upgrade to 50 GB and it's impossibble to pay.

  I have a Visa Debit card that I know works for sure. Also for payments abroad, online and so on. Despite this, I got the message that my card info Visa is diminished in recent weeks every time I tried. I know for a fact that I put good info - it works everywhere else.

  The bad news is that now my iPhone has drowned at Sea last week (attempted to dry in a bowl of rice, and then with the hair dryer, nothing done...: (so now I REALLY need some help with the upgrade.) Really worried that I lost a lot of info from the account had plenty.

  How can I get assistance from Apple with the payment? I can't find someone to talk to him.

  Hey Pria06. Its bad to hear that you cannot use credit cards to buy things on iTunes. You may need to call Apple Care to support. Perhaps is there a problem with the system.

• Why Adobe can't get their act together for payment e-commerce?

  I continue to be amazed how bad Adobe manages e-commerce transactions. I got e-commerce sites built and managed to them and I have never seen anything as ridiculous as the management of virtual accounts of Adobe. In order to change the method of payment to each other, they have to manually browse the payment and the customer must then go to the online support and go through all the hoops to make understand you want to modify them the options of payment to an agent. Then they physically make a refund and charge your credit card.

  Absolutely archaic. Can a company that creates software sophisticated, why don't they implement a virtual payment efficient and automatic while the customer can modify the plan payment schedule (annual for each month or vice versa) and update the account for the payment. He's crazy about that Adobe, in 2016, still use minions to perform these tasks manually, through the huge volume of charges.

  I need this mug shot, because I'm in another hoop jump session which will take several days to complete with various agents.  More people need to send letters to Adobe, who insist on receiving this mail. Adobe is run by crazy people?

• Complaint about the inability to change payment information

  As there is no place to write a complaint to and the customer service talk to answer the most basic of problems, I'll put it here.

  I think it's ridiculous that I cannot change the credit card I use to pay my subscription of cc of adobe. I can change it only to one who is registered to an address in my country of origin, but I moved to the United Kingdom since the subscription and would like to pay with the card I use here, so that I can cancel my old one and avoid unnecessary bills. The only solution that I received through the chat support is to cancel my account and re - register, of course at a higher price!

  It seems that the more a company monopolizes a market, more they feel the right to treat their customers like garbage. It is very bad customer service.

  I just spent another 45 minutes of my life, lost on the with the India tech support chat.  This will be the fifth time in a month. I tried to update my credit/payment card information and can not.  ongoing support to tell me to contact my bank when it is adobe who is all messed up system.  When I log into my account I see my old expired bank card number.  When I update, I see my another debit card expired that was lost and replaced. and it does not update the credit card to my current card number recently replaced.  Now my account is in test mode and will probably expire.  I have no other method of payment so I'll probably have to go back using Quark Xpress, Corel Draw and everything I can find who's going to let me do the work.  After 20 minutes of ranting to the collaborator of cat bad support, he finally gave me the number support North American in California.  But alas, it's the end of the week and beyond their sunset to the West Coast so I'm stuck to wait until Monday.

  Tried to finally pay for a membership of Photoshop CC (took me A LOT of TIME to finally put me in the mood for a subscription package), and when I selected paypal as payment mode web page redirects me to the same page, he never goes to PayPal.   (1) I know now that if I don't pay monthly fees to Adobe, my application content will not be displayed or downloadable for customers. But what happens if I pay in a few months?   1. Yes, folios should work again once you catch up on your payments, but it seems a bad idea to put yourself knowingly in this situation.

  2. you cannot create a folio-simple application for the iPhone. It is not possible even with a Pro account or business. If you create an application for iPad and iPhone multi-folio and then cancel the subscription, you should try to convert the application to a simple editing application, but it would not be a smooth process.

• Payment offline, processing of payments by credit card not

  Hey guys... I was faced with this strange behavior on a clients site that I can't understand.  It is a shop of base through and through and we currently use off treatment for its payments.  I have never had any problems with this before, but for some reason, a user fills out registration in the purchase form, every time I get an error of failure of credit card processing.

  The gateway is configured correctly, the form is to use the credit card processing (ie: does NOT update info CC) fields and no fields are missing.  I'm puzzled.  Any ideas?

• Blue screen and bad RAM memory?

  My MBP 2011 early all just stopped working yesterday, it worked very well without any problem of performance for the last 5 years, and then suddenly a blue screen (of death) and it has problems starting.

  I think you have a problem of memory, although if your MacBook Pro 15 or 17 inch, you should consider video issue as well now.
