File > export as HTML... Download on the school server with perhaps a text file rental, they know the URL which they can find your site...

I'll start with the positive. Function "Convert to Adobe PDF format" Adobe works wonders for HTML to PDF. In fact, even with all the embedded HTML 5 CSS, conversion perfectly renders the HTML code! I'm so impressed!
But I have a little problem I just solve.
Adobe automatically inserts a header and a footer. The header is not really a problem, but it would be nice to customize. This is the footer that really needs to change. Permission denied is the main reason for the error. As you saw command line as well as executable files are evidence of permission denied for user wccadm. If please check or give higher set of permissions for the executables under u01/app/Middleware/Oracle_ECM1/ILO/linux/lib/contentaccess and test it.

My report in HTML conversion

I'm trying to do my report by e-mail in html file looks nice. I am familiar with the basics of ConvertTo-html, and I used it with instant short reports. My problem is that now I want to take a long report that contains a lot of PSObjects, and I am running into a problem. I looked online for help, and my basic idea is that I need the help of the ConvertTo-HTML cmdlet with the parameter - Fragment, because I'm having different objects inside. The main question here is in the way that you formatted your dataset. In other words, your headers set for each piece of data when you need to do is to define two headers 'Info, Count '.

HTML Article assemble dynamically, do scroll is not possible after the orientation change

I encountered the following problem today:
Im having an HTML page set dynamically from a source JSON file, manipulation of information in JSON with jQuery. I'm downloading the page HTML (html page is empty until the page is in the DPS stack, then it builds) as an HTML article with the ' Smooth Scrolling: vertical. So far so good.
When I open the page inside the Adobe viewer app on my iPad, I can see the "first" part of the page (the first 1024px in portrait orientation), but I am not able to scroll further down the page.
However, when I do a change in orientation of the device (turn it landscape and then come back), I can scroll perfectly well and am able to see everything on the page (so I'm quite sure that the json in jquery for html conversion work). still unknown, when I let the page tell me his height (via $("body").height () and $(document) .height ()), it shows me that the height of the page is in effect (for example) the 10.000px, but I am not able to scroll down until I do the orientation change.
am I missing something? im sure that my code is correct, because once I change the direction of my camera, everything works perfect.

You have correctly identified the root cause: we ask the page height so we can tell the web control what content is the height. If there is JavaScript that runs when the page is loaded (or at any other time, honestly) which changes the height of the page, what could happen after that we ask for the height.

It is, unfortunately, no way to send a signal to the app ask that we re - check the height of the page and update the web control accordingly. I think the reason why it works on rotation, we only are not destroy and recreate the web control, so the height of your page is calculated correctly, but we re - ask the height so we can draw the control.

Disable browser open after export to HTML possible?

HI - whenever I do a CTRL + E to export my Muse as HTML, and then click OK to start, it generates then automatically opens the browser IE. It's really annoying. Is there a way to tell just Muse DO NOT open a browser after that HTML conversion is finished?

This is the default feature in Muse it opens the site in the default browser to show you what the site looks like. This feature is not editable. When you make changes to the site and then export, you get this prompt, where you can choose to display or not this site: http://prntscr.com/373xr3

pdf to txt/html/xml export

I downloaded "acrobat adobe x pro" to try the "save under" / text/xml/htm etc export capability and the result was exactly what I was looking for in terms of production, keeping formatting etc.
However, I am building an application that need to have a bookcase to the pdf with the conversion of xml/txt/html on the fly keeping the formatting.
I tried a number of libraries for pdf to xml/txt/html conversion a none of them offer anything near what acrobat from adobe pro x done in terms om keeping format/tables etc.
So my question is how to get to the "save under" / export feature in adobe acrobat x pro in any library official adobe, sdk, service, product, etc. because I assume that acrobat x pro does not expose an api for the feature to convert or can be used on the server side?

Looks like you want to use Acrobat as a web service. Rather than continue this way, you can see that such use of Acrobat is prohibited under the terms of the license. Thus, it cannot merit to be pursued. Why convert to HTML is a possible question in any case, at least on a regular basis? Occasions, I can understand the need.

For programmable functions, you should probably check into the SDK forum.

Export a PDF file to HTML without OCR

Hi all
I use Adobe Acrobat X to export PDF files to HTML files. It seems that the HTML conversion runs an OCR process on the document until the page HTML is written. This translates into a large number of images not showing correctly because the OCR process removes the text and place it in the body of the HTML rather than recognizing that it is part of the image. I had used Acorbat 9 to convert to HTML format in the past, and it wasn't a problem.
Is there a way to disable the part of the conversion to HTML OCR in Acrobat X?

Edit > Preferences > PDF conversion > HTML. Click "Edit settings..." and uncheck "Run OCR" if necessary.

Email HTML of reports
I'm sure there's an easy way to do...

My applications use a lot of email to communicate with customers. So far, we have used plain text, and we'd like to jazz it up a little bit by sending HTML format instead.

But rather than change the code of all the messages that are currently from PL/SQL functions, I think that we could generate the content that we need through SQL-based reports and get the formatting neat all what is done for nothing. We may have to splice a greetings and a signature. But the main stumbling block, it's that I don't want customers to have to open an attachment when the content can be integrated in the email itself.

But how do I intercept the html report output and use it as an input parameter to the apex_mail procedure, which is already getting to/from/subject and all other settings he needs existing and must process just this one extra piece of well formatted dynamic content?

Any suggestions would be welcome, as I had much rather get on with version 4 than handcoding HTML conversion!

Sending HTML content as input of MAIL is simple. All you have to do is pass HTML content in the parameter "p_body_html" to APEX_MAIL. SEND the procedure.

Using AJAX you can draw dynamically the content of the report.

If I try to follow links in one of the e-mails I get from Big Brother, I get the following message is displayed:

I noticed that the text of the e-mail message contains an = sign, which is not part of the hyperlink. If I understand the = the link works then. For example:

I did the search. Here's what's happening with the Outlook 2007 SP2 calendering of BB notifications, so that the & DSP = part of the bond is converted to & DSP without the = in the link to the notification.

This deformation occurs only when a SMS is received, which has a text version of a link HTML in there and it is received by Exchange 2007 with Outlo0k 2007.

When outlook 2007 (sp2 in our case) will receive an email with a link inside HTML text, it makes a "best body format.

Conversion. You always have an email in text format, but there is a HTML link truncated in the recipe, which has not only = inside.

This only happens when the text is converted to HTML.

I even tried hard put forced HTML or RTF format on the mailbox... no go... He did force these formats. but the text to html conversion happens broken Similarly, regardless of the size of the mailbox.

the only option we have is to get the wrong message from: hostsvc: called with the DISP invalid/missing entry, then to go into the browser and add in the '=' manually, and it will then visit the link in the notification.

Well, in hostsvc.exe, he could accept a missing DISP (or deformed) and defaults to «» This should be the solution. I don't think that it could break anything if it were this way.

I'm trying to run 'index' for my simple Indesign to html conversion tool and I'm totally confused on how to do it and with the management of this "index" extendscript So here's (a lot of) questions about this:
1. When I'm traveling all characters in a paragraph, how can I identify 'benchmarks '? RegExp, specialCharacter...? * Answer me * working with Grep search for "\~I."
2. After found a 'mark of index' how can we if find the associated "topic"?
3. If it can be that a single "index" in a document, why is there a property "index"?
4. What is a 'indexSection?

If the writers are not stubborn that they will never get their script problems solved! A note on terminology: ExtendScript, incidentally is just JavaScript. What you mean is the InDesign object model.

It is true that when you select an index mark in text, and you have the Index opened Panel, the referenced topic is highlighted in the Panel. But that is not exposed to scripts, i.e. the character object is not a property "subject to". However, you can determine the subject of the selected marker, even if it's a pretty laborious method. Index markers are characters of the text, so that they have a history of parent and an index. pageReferences have a sourceText property, which is an insertion point. To find the subject of an index mark, you must compare the insertion point of the marker with the insertion of the pageReferences points.

The feature that miss you - by selecting an index mark so that its parent theme is selected in the Index panel - can be scripted as follows:

Select an index mark in a text and run the script (it does not select anything in the Panel, of course). Now, if you have several index markers, then looping through them to find their topic names could in principle be made as follows:

for (var i = markers.length-1; i >= 0; i--) {

But it would be horribly inefficient (very specific). Better to first to build a table of choice of the pageReferences and their sourceText index history IDs so that you can quickly find topic names.

Your particular approach - to loop through all the characters - needs a bit of a change in what you have to compare each character at index.

Something like this:

Table of Drag and Drop and copy-paste

Hi all
I use dreamweaver CS 5.5 on a macmini.
I'm pretty new to dreamweaver-things integers and use it mainly for Web sites in html conversion. I usually only through copy - paste:
Copy the text of the Web site - paste it into dreamweaver - edit in dreamweaver's code view Preview
Now there's a big problem: if I copy a Table, it is not stick at all. It sticks quite simply nothing.
If I drag ' drop it, it will only paste the data in the cells, not tab, culminating in a huge test without any format in it and useless to me.
Is this a known issue? What can I do about it?

In case this does not work, you will need to open the code, find the code for the table, copy it and paste it into the code view. I think that when it does not work, it is because you have not copied the whole table and instead caught a snippet of the full table.

Need Clarification on the casting in Java
Here's the question,

The answer is the compilation fails because the 7 argument must be cast for short.

Now my doubt is that more short is 16 bits in Java, 7 can be stored in a variable short, why do we need to cast?
If someone can clarify it?

What they don't say is why they do not have an exception for the literal arguments, like 7.
I guess that's for simplicity and consistency.

Cannot get a dynamic conversion. The html export was not successful.

copy the subfolders under necessary/custom/DynamicConverter/lib, so that the HTML conversion process gets access to the class dcexport files.

These files can be obtained from an instance where DC works fine.

Apart from that, you need to install ContentAccess group of hotfixes on your University Complutense of MADRID since changes to the architecture for DC terms now that this component is installed.

Also you can have a read of the Note: 1073153.1 of the errors associated with DC
