HTML Toothfairy? -One click change two frames - can it be done?

Hi people,

It's 5 minutes spent at 02:00 here in the United Kingdom and I'm running out of ideas with a small problem.

I built a website and I need a simple click on a bearing + image linked to modify the content of two frames - can be done? You can take a look here www.pixelchili.com if you like.

The page is divided into 3 images.
High = banners
average = navigation rollovers
low = information

So in my ideal world, I click on the 'how' link and the bottom frame shows a lot of text and the top frame will change to a beautiful new image that relate to the topic.

I hope you can help. I'll sleep a little now. It's the closest thing to see if the fairy does exist I tried 20 years :)

Hoping you will have left something under my pillow HTML.
M.
PS I know frames suck... now, but I have only to learn the basics of Dreamweaver today as last week, I built the site in GoLive.
PPS - Non-technical Im, so if you can help, please write using the terminology 'Fisher Price'.

two ways offhand-

first - simple.
Create a new set of frames that contains the content you want in each image. Link
for the new set of frames with a target to _top attribute

or - with the frameset page open, click on the link and add a "go to url".
Behavior, defining the framework and the source. Repeat for the other frame and it's
source.
