HWO deleting outdated age of specific applications in the cloud

How to remove applications specific age? My son is older and apps are obsolete.  I don't want to store them forever.

    • Log out of the desktop Adobe CC application. (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/sign-in-out-activate-apps.html)
    • Set the "Read and write" permissions on the files of Adobe for all users in the following locations:

      • /Users/ [user name] / Library/Application Support /.
    • Restart the computer.
    • Connect to the desktop Adobe CC application.

    Recently, I noticed that the creative cloud 'node' at the top of my web page of Safari was black and from the start, that he had not noted in applications, even if I had LRCC 2015 and 2015 PSCC installed on my Mac Pro Apple.     But then!   I tried to access my external drive WD 2 to photos.  For this I use Paragon Software to convert Apple HFS files in NTFS files if I can share the road with a Win 8.1 desktop powerful enough.  Oops!  My mistake.  None.  Mac couldn't recognize the drive, files and photos.  I checked and the Windows machine had not deserted me and I could access the drive.  If the drive was good.

    Thursday afternoon (02/06/2016) I still called Adobe CS and another tech told me and told me (not surprisingly) it was a problem to Apple and they could / should fix. It turns dragging a copy of the catalog on the MacPro HD and opening it. He showed previews.  I still couldn't access the external 2 TB drive.   Apple had not changed anything between the time my drive worked and did not work with the Mac, but had Adobe technicians.

    I disappeared and has not used the Mac until 06/05/2016 yesterday and to my surprise, applications have disappeared from my node Adobe Cloud "drop-down list.  So it was not permanently attached.

    Today I called CS and the person who answered that it was something the tech last week had not made (at that time there I had documented this in Adobe 'How do we?' form for the incident.)  He said he would have this same person to solve the problem and I said ' Let's have someone else besides the same person who had spent an hour and a half and has not only created another problem, but had not fixed the first.»

    It has been agreed that someone else would call me today (this afternoon) and correct the problems.

    It's been a few hours and I suspect that there will be no call so I put this in a forum with the same statement that I put on the last line of the "How do we have in customer service on number:' 0187858640  "Can someone please help me?" in the hope that someone in this forum knows how to solve this problem and maybe even on the drive that no longer connects to the MAC Pro.

    There's a game I've played that my children would like to play as well, but the game has a higher rating due to some cartoonish violence. (In this case, you play a shark that can eat divers and swimmers).

    Hi all!! I use the CCP to create 1 package for 8 applications. Through the CCP team conditioner I don't see Premiere Pro and AfterEffects in my list of applications available for the package. I don't see a lot of other applications such as Acrobat Pro, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, etc., but these 2 apps are not in there. Any ideas? Any help would be appreciated.     We have just came across this problem, and I solved it simply.

    Premiere Pro and the after-effects are not available if you are creating a 32-bit package longer - they made the transition to 64-bit applications.

    If you change the type of a 64-bit Installer package, you should see all the missing Adobe CC applications.
