Applications in the cloud creative
I have no problem with the concept of creative cloud. I would like a choice for Lightroom and Photoshop. I do not use other applications. Is that going to be possible?

I try to install the free trials for some applications (Photoshop, After Effects, first) and when I try to download it I get this error message.

I've done everything I can, restart cloud creative, uninstall/reinstall, used the CC cleaning tool, firewall activated Internet settings, restart the PC and searched everywhere online for a solution. True, I would be grateful if someone could help me out here. I'm on Windows 10 Pro with a Xeon E3 1231 CPU, 16 GB RAM and 960 GTX video card. Thank you.

Lack of applications in the cloud creative package
Hi all!! I use the CCP to create 1 package for 8 applications. Through the CCP team conditioner I don't see Premiere Pro and AfterEffects in my list of applications available for the package. I don't see a lot of other applications such as Acrobat Pro, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, etc., but these 2 apps are not in there. Any ideas? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

We have just came across this problem, and I solved it simply.
Premiere Pro and the after-effects are not available if you are creating a 32-bit package longer - they made the transition to 64-bit applications.
If you change the type of a 64-bit Installer package, you should see all the missing Adobe CC applications.

I can't download the testing of applications in the cloud creative [MAC OSX]

I have the app already installed on my computer, I'm pretty sure of (I am connected, and the icon is still present in the top right of my screen).
This means can't back up in the cloud? I need to do!

Right. You must save a separate project once per day at a minimum, copy so that you have several backups in place. Make sure automatic backup is running.

When we try to install all applications on the Cloud Office it crashes at 90%. If we run the application it works. If we try to update the application from the desktop cloud it hangs at 50%. - Set the "Read and write" permissions on the files of Adobe for all users in the following locations:
- / Library/Application Support /.
- /Users/ [user name] / Library/Application Support /.
- Restart the computer.
- Connect to the desktop Adobe CC application.

I have the one year subscription and I ran more money on my debit card. If adobe stopped the cloud creative until I put a new card debit that has money, but it still does not work? any ideas.
