  I updated Firefox on my computer for 13.01. Now, he struggles to read about 2 sites - both are Joomla and based on the model of JA-purity. What happens is that it fails to load the CSS files to do with the side and the top of the Joomla site menus. The file comes up with this:

  I don't see that the error and all style sheets seem to load.

  Reload Web pages, and ignore the cache.

  • Hold SHIFT and click reload.
  • Press 'Ctrl + F5' or 'Ctrl + Shift + R' (Windows, Linux)
  • Press 'Cmd + Shift + R' (MAC)

  Clear the cache and cookies from sites that cause problems.

  "Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > advanced > network > storage (Cache) offline: 'clear now '.

  'Delete Cookies' sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > privacy > Cookies: "show the Cookies".

  I'm sure it's very simple, but my javascript is a little rusty and a little short of time, so I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction?

  I need a script that loops through all the hyperlinks in a document (no matter what styles are or are not applied). Please check the source text to see if it starts with "www" or "http".

  If the source text starts with "www" or "http" then do nothing. OTHERWISE add an * at the end of the text. In other words if there is text in the document as "Click on this link" (and there had a hyperlink applied) it would be changed to "click on this link." If there is text in the document as "www.google.com" (and there had a hyperlink applied), it would remain unchanged. The hyperlinks themselves remain unchanged.

  So I'm not sure what my If/else statement must be?

  How stupid. You are absolutely right. The names of hyperlink above, test script must test the hyperlink source texts. In the small sample, I have tested the script on, names of hyperlink and source texts were the same, that's why I had not spotted the questionable logic of the script. This scripts properly tests:

  This would also explain the unexpected behavior of your / ^ j / test. (/ ^ j / tests whether a string starts with 'j' - no need to the * or the parentheses.)

  the Apex engine creates these lines. This can happen if your application contains a custom before empty header process that closes the http header, by calling the owa_util.http_header_close or by issuing a line with htp.p. The solution is not to close the http header.

It's good and all until I was thrown a curve ball. I have a fully fired AJAX form page which uses a slightly modified version of AJAX of Denes Kubicek for Ajax solution get multiple values. The main thing that is different is that my code has been updated to use $s to set the values rather than the method that he used as a very old example. Just a heads up here, were still under the final version of APEX 3.x.x here so APEX 4.0 specific code does not work for me. The problem I encountered was that the editors of text HTML do not update to JavaScript. Can someone tell me what I have to do in order, to AJAX, these fields (specifically speaking side JavaScript procedure to replace the value of the field with what was pulled just dynamically).

  I checked with the admin, no changes to one of the servers, web or cfmx, or the jvm.

  So I had to think about it and the only thing that has changed is... my version of Firefox!

  After testing out I think that it is a problem with Firefox 2.0.0.8 (tested only on windows), because the code works fine with IE 7 and on a version of FF on OS X.

  Firefox 2.0.0.8 registers files of type application/pdf to text/html.

• Causing hyperlinks in text formatting problems.

  I'm creating Web site for a client and I met him I have a problem with hyperlinks in the text boxes. The text box is a set size to ensure consistency among other pages, resizing is not an option (although I don't believe that this is part of the question in any case). Essentially, when I put the copy in the text box and then preview (in the browser or Muse) without a Word, a hyperlink, it allows as expected. As soon as I hyperlink a Word, it creates a line break in the middle of a word of hyphen - see image for an example:

  

  I do not understand why he would do this or what the best remedy for this without creating a mess of text boxes on top of the other in layers or export the HTML and edit the code.

  A work around if you do not want to increase the width of your text box is to add a return after the link to force the text on the next line.

  Here is one. When I shoot html as text in a text field, and set the paragraph to align to the right, the entire line is defined as a link.

  I use Thunderbird on a workplace where HTML mail is fairly regular, but I
  prefer to hide all the HTML formatting and display as plain text, which can
  be easily done by choosing View > Message body as > plain text, but it seems
  to convert the original HTML formatting to this simple text formatting,
  which means that surround it in * for "BOLD", _ to highlight, and / for italics, which
  I find it embarrassing, because often, it makes the message more difficult to read, for example
