  I downloaded Skype for Linux (Ubuntu 14.04) and installed on my computer. However, I can not launch / connect on my account. When I run the Skype application, the attached window appears which prompts to accept the terms of services, but the button is missing. How can I solve this?

• I'm having a problem installing media server, it gives me a weird error just after that I accept button. I put in a car 3 days ago, but no response until now I really need this problem

  I'm under 64-bit server 2012 R2

  I tried the installers 4.5 and 5 and both have the same problem, I opened Installer and then click on I accept, then I get an error message that says

  Setup has detected an invalid and impossible to keep registry entry.

  This can be corrected by uninstalling the current version. (this is a brand new 2012 Server installation so there is nothing on it)

  Help

  You can check if one of these registry entries are present:

  HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\FlashCom (or)

  HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\FMS (or)

  HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\AMS

  These entries prepare installation of AMS (or older versions, FMS).

  If it is a pure Win Server R2 2012, these entries should not exist, another former AMS/FMS version must be uninstalled.
  If you think that the registry entry over there for other reasons (bad imagery, etc.), you can remove the above-mentioned registry entries and try to reinstall.

• Management Center of subscriptions (preferably) coding of the button "Accept" to redirect to the main site

  I work with my subscription management center and entered the option 'Edit & Preview '.

  What I'm trying to do, is to have the "Accept > >" button on the bottom run a javascript script that redirects to our main site. This would be instead of having just a message at the top says "your subscription status has changed."

  Does anyone know how to enter a script so that when a contact click the "Accept" button in the center of management of subscriptions, it will redirect you to the main site after you say it took your changes into account?

• Accept the terms and Conditions button missing

  I just tried to sign up for a free trial of creative cloud.  I used my exisitng Adobe ID and then I was asked to enter my date of birth... and then the terms and conditions box popped up.  Using Chrome and Firefox 19.0.2 26.0.1410.64 m the box to check and accept button are missing (broken CSS?) on IE 9, the button displays only but I was able to click on it.  I told Adobe customer service, but they said that they could not pass the info and suggested I post here...

  Well, maybe you must have read the spechs tech prior to installation of any product you are trying to install? Sorry to say, but there's a reason why they understand specific minimum screen resolutions. Unless you can change screen res of your system, there is just simply no way around these issues, and even if you were somehow able to accept the license agreement, you next problem would be that you will not be able to work with the programs, because even trivial things like file dialog boxes does not fit on your screen...

• TouchSmart HP ENVY 17-j017cl: the recovery attempt failed. Select one of the following buttons.

  I have a

  HP ENVY 17-j017cl Notebook computer Touchsmart I bought 4 DVD for HP Recovery supports a month previously, when I I want to recover I get this error explained below.

  I was trying to fix it, I did the following;

  1. turn on the wifi

  2 bios date was set before the 22/06/2014

  3 reset the default bios

  BUT THE ERROR PERSISTS.

  

  By selecting Save Log asks to insert a USB key which shows essentially the same message as details (see below).

  Cables and devices to disconnect all the connected such as personal media players, USB drives, printers and faxes. Remove support for internal hard drives and remove any recently added hardware internally.

  It may be necessary to disable startup secure in the BIOS to start the computer using recovery media (CD/DVD or USB key).

  The new recovery for 2015 fall update manager must be downloaded and installed to successfully carry out a recovery of the system using HP Recovery Manager.

  It takes a minimum of 3 GB of free space to install the update in the Recovery Manager.

  Do you back up all personal files and read all of the instructions required warning before performing a system recovery? To backup your files will result in a loss of files and information you don't want to lose.

  To get the instructions back up and save your files, see back up your files (Windows 10: 8).

  In the end, I was able to install the software by launching the Installer without rights administrative (simply by double clicking on Set - up.exe instead of a right-click and run as administrator).

  It's a little weird because it is generally recommended to launch installers with administrative rights (at least if you are using a Windows operating system).

• Read FLV in the drive using an external button

  I'm working on a presentation video where a "pop-up" window displays a warning, by "agreeing", the "pop-up" disappears and the video starts to play. The FLV file which will play has a buffer of 20s on it and the video will be "pre-load" or buffering in the background, that the Viewer is reading the warning. I currently have the FLV settings in the Inspector of components such as 'autoPlay = false' "bufferTime = 20" "contentPath = video.flv" "skin = StealExternalAll.swf' 'totalTime = 290". "." I have autoPlay set to false so that if it takes more time for the Viewer to cross the warning you need to the first 20 seconds to load, then the video does not play when the warning is still in place. Should what actionscript I put on the 'accept' button to check the "play" button in the StealExternalAll.swf without having to click on the play button? Any help would be greatly appreciated.   I was able to understand by browsing some of the other threads. To make an external button controls the playback of a FLVPlayback component function, simply use the following text:

  myVid.play ();

  Put this piece of code in the layer actions within the function of the button and replace "myVid" by the name of your FLVPlayback component instance.

  Example:

  _root.popUpWindow_mc._visible = false;
  _root.summitVideo.play ();
  };

  decline_btn.onRelease = function () {}

  };

• OfficeJet Pro 8600, more than 8600: Airprint loses connection

  After turning on the printer, I can use airprint on Mac or iPad for 1 minute about. Then the connection is lost.

  Printer is NOT in the list of Apple airprint more.

  I'd love to help you with your JO 8600. I understand your description that you are only able to print using the AirPrint feature for about a minute then the printer is no longer available. It seems to me like a problem with the network connection between the router and the printer. Please first take a look at the document following and well it works sometimes and you can't see a message as mentioned here, the steps can help: what to do if you see a "No AirPrint Printers Found" message on my Apple device? What happens if I experience problems when I try to use AirPrint?

  If the problem persists, in order to isolate the root cause of the problem is the router or not, I recommend allowing the direct wireless and put your devices on the network printer. This isn't my proposed solution, just a test to see if the devices maintain a connection when we eliminate the router. Here is some information on Direct wireless and how to connect with this method.

• Stopped reached log - logging file size limit

  From time to time, quite often, a pop-up box appears on my screen and said: limit size of logfile reaches - logging stopped. I can only press the "Accept" button or close it, but it rises a little later. I have not found information on the web.

  I imagine that if it's a standard firefox extension, it can be removed by using the available add-ons Manager (for Windows) by using the hotkey Ctrl + Shift + A and is apparently this extension: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/iplogger/

• Guest can not update calendar invitation

  Problem 1: I created an event from one of my calendars iCloud. I send to a guest. He receives the e-mail and accepts (by clicking on the .ics file in the email) and article is placed in its calendar. If I need then for example change the time or place and then send an update, it receives the e-mail, but the update does not appear in its timetable, even if it double-clicks the .ics file in the email. We are sure that this used to work in that the update was notified in the top bar in the calendar window.

  It seems that the only way is to click on the big "accept" button that appears on the e-mail, which then opens a page in Safari iCloud, then you download the .ics file and accept it in its calendar. This seems awfully long. We are sure that used to be simpler. Missing something obvious?

  Problem 2: the other way around. I sent an invitation. I received the email. It was that the events were automatically put in the default calendar. That no longer seems to be the case and I can't find a preference for it. But even if I double-click the .ics file in the email, nothing happens, I'm not able to receive invites to all of this person.

  NB my calendars are all iCloud. Calendars of the other person are all on his Mac. Certainly, it wouldn't make a difference? We have just updated to El Capitan. Both have iMacs with plenty of space and memory.

  Just adding to my own question: I just noticed that when someone sends me an invitation and I double-click the .ics in the e-mail, as I said above, it is not in the calendar, or the menu bar waiting for acceptance. However, there is the red blob on the icon in the dock, which suggests that there is something in need of attention. But how do you get?
