  Open your control panel on your Start menu, click on appearance and personalization, and then click personalization in the sidebar, there should be a menu which shows the top tasks click on change the icons on the desktop, another menu should come and click on the box that says Recycle Bin. No problem!

  I have Hotmail and I was able to retrieve the deleted message. At the bottom of one of the screens Hotmail (it may have been the spam screen), there is a note saying 'click here' (or something like that) to get to the top of your deleted messages recently. Although even I had emptied all deleted/junk messages, MSN could display all or most of the messages because they did not have them banned in the cemetery of e-mail yet.   To turn on DEP for all applications

  b. under pick a category, click on performance and Maintenance.
  c. under or a Control Panel icon, click on System.
  d. click on the Advanced tab.
  e. in the Performance area, click settings.
  f. click the Data Execution Prevention tab
  g. Select turn on DEP for all programs and services except those that I select
  h. click on applyand then click OK. A dialog box appears and informs you that you must restart your computer for the setting to take effect. Click on OK.

  You need a Vista operating system upgrade within go to Windows 7 (depending on the version).

  If install a cleaning is required with a good DVD of Vista (not HP, Dell recovery disks):

  Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.
