  Open your control panel on your Start menu, click on appearance and personalization, and then click personalization in the sidebar, there should be a menu which shows the top tasks click on change the icons on the desktop, another menu should come and click on the box that says Recycle Bin.   Please follow the links below for re - enable Data Execution Prevention.

  To turn on DEP for all applications

  a. click Startand then click Control Panel.
  b. under pick a category, click on performance and Maintenance.
  c. under or a Control Panel icon, click on System.
  d. click on the Advanced tab.
  e. in the Performance area, click settings.
  f. click the Data Execution Prevention tab
  g. Select turn on DEP for all programs and services except those that I select
  h. click on applyand then click OK. A dialog box appears and informs you that you must restart your computer for the setting to take effect. Click on OK.

  If this is the case, you can press applications and widgets on the upper right, then look for the camera icon, then press and hold the icon to place it anywhere on your home screen.

  It is not a Toolbar Options.

  For the fi menu bar back its lack, try pressing Alt, then V T M, at the time, in that order, in a new tab.

  Then view-> toolbars to find a turn on the Menu, Navigation and bookmarks toolbars.

  You need a Vista operating system upgrade within go to Windows 7 (depending on the version).

  Read this instead:

  There is no Vista free download legal available.

  Contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send a recovery disk/s Vista set.

  Normally, they do this for a cost of $ small.

  If install a cleaning is required with a good DVD of Vista (not HP, Dell recovery disks):

  At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu

  Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

  You can hide the menu bar in Firefox 3.6 on Windows, on "view > toolbars" or via the contextual right click menu on a toolbar.
  Press in and hold the Alt key to display the menu bar.
  Go to "view > toolbars", right click on the menu bar, or press Alt + V T to select the toolbars to show or hide.

  If you just did it, use the command + z.

  The file must have went into the trash. Open the Recycle Bin and right-click on it and choose put back or drag it out of the trash at the location of your choice.
