  Maybe your satellite cell phone doesn't support Windows 7 because are very few Windows 7 drivers and tools available. I think that you have downloaded the software of the camera for Vista and it seems thus that the software isn't working properly.

  Normally, I would say that the installed version is newer because it has a higher version number.

  But why is it so important to you? If the internal webcam to work properly, I don't see a reason to update the driver for the webcam.

  If your laptop has a built in web cam located on the LCD screen this software will be displayed below the menu START > all programs. Everything is described in the document s user manuals.

  When you start your laptop in the taskbar is placed small symbol. If you hover the mouse over this symbol you see Camera Assistant Software dialog. To run this software, you can also move the mouse pointer left display (somewhere in the middle of the left side of the LCD) and small window will be opened. There, you can start the software.

  Please let me know whether your A200 built in webcam or not.

  I can't stand vista and want to "downgrade" to XP Pro. I'm here because I have been informed by American support that there's no XP drivers for this device.
  BUT little information that I found on the sister of US site for this, many have found driver/software compatible XP sets machines across the UK support site for the United States.

  No one will be able to identify this TV series American on the European driver page!
  European specifications are a little different!
  What you can do is to check if the ONE from Toshiba drivers European features page!
  Sometimes different series are equipped with the same features and maybe run one or the other XP driver!

  PS: You have two options if you want to contact Toshiba customer service directly.
  You will make a call to US hotline or you will contact your Toshiba authorized service provider in your country.
