There is no option to change the plan of one Adobe ID on the other.
You will need to get this current plan cancelled according to the link: cancel your creative cloud membership
Then you can plan on the same subscription using the other Adobe ID.

I have checked with your Adobe ID on the forums and found that you have a subscription of single-app cloud creative for Photoshop plan registered under him, so once you install the creative cloud app and sign with your Adobe ID, it will work as a subscription purchased.
On the web site if you are not connected or connected to another Adobe ID and then it will show you a trial only.

I pay for Adobe photography CC every month. I did the most recent downloads, but my Lightroom said always LR5. I don't understand? This is not the latest version of LR. It also seems that adobe has made it more difficult to speak with a real human CSR.

I changed the creative editing Cloud student and teacher for creative photography plan cloud 21 may 2015 that nothing seems to have changed. My Lightroom is the old version, trying to load LR - 6. When I sign in Photoshop, I get an error message that my account is not found. (Because I cancelled it and joined CC?). I keep going in circles.
Now better contact Adobe technical support, they can access your computer remotely and fix the problem.

Method 1:
Step 1: check the feature Safe mode.

Here are the steps that you can follow.
1 change the location of installation using Creative Cloud Desktop App, go to preference > creative cloud > Apps and change the installation location.
2. delete the folder '%Temp%' and restart the process.
NOTE: Application is downloaded to the default location, we can only customize the installation location using creative cloud app in this case.
