  Every time when I install the collection, I get an error.

  You can hope for the best, run the vacuum cleaner again, restart your computer, and then reinstall it using the compatibility mode (win 7 sp1).

  If you create a RGB JPEG, you can use save for Web (& Devices) (with maximum quality) and set the number of pixels in the field W or H in the window to the size of the Image; This is also where the Anti Aliasing option or optimized text/Art is. You can simply create a PNG or GIF with the same specifications (addition of transparency in the window main, of course).

  If you export to JPEG (or whatever), you can set the resolution in PPI (and set the Maximum quality).

  It depends only on the size of the work in the sense that save it for Web mainly use 72 DPI, unless indicated otherwise, and that both the DPI of export applies to the actual size.

  This means that you can set the work to the same size in points/pixels as the desired pixel x pixel size using save for Web (or simply change the value final (s) in the window to the size of the Image).

  Similarly, you can set the work to the same size as the final size to the planned resolution (or simply to change the resolution in proportion (reverse); If you want the image to be 300 PPI to double the size, select a resolution of 600 DPI and similarly for other values).

• Installation of Illustrator CS6 through creative cloud failure. Help?

  I tried to install Illustrator yesterday through creative cloud and the process has failed. Other components (Acrobat, InDesign, bridge) has failed to install.

  Despite not being not a COMPUTER expert, I tried to look through the newspapers, as instructed, but seriously, there is no advantage for me up all 30 error codes. (I tried a couple and it's not really easy to find the answer, unless I have paste the error message into Google!) Why Application Manager thinks it is installed, when it is down?   It depends really on what subscription plan, you are connected to.  Normally any programs are available through your subscription are listed for install you in the CC Office Manager application.  If you do not see some programs listed, it might be because your machine does not meet the system requirements for them... that's normally what happens with the Manager.
