I am not able to sign in my office of creative cloud and her to sign me all the time. Try to rename the appdata file but it's not helping! Help

Can someone really compelling to fix me this because I don't know what to do more. I tried to remove/change the name of this girl in appdata etc it does not work. I scanned my laptop computer for viruses and other things yet. I am so bored right now. Should I just uninstall it and install again? and how if it does not connect?
