I am trying to cancel my student membership
Each time I followed the steps I'm canceling my subscription, he said: I am on a 30 day free trial, when I'm not and I had to pay 19.99 a month for a while now. It just took an another 19.99 on my account and I don't want to be cancelled today. This is not the first time I tried to cancel and I won't pay for it.

Cannot switch to Apple music student membership?
So I decided to move to this new membership plan studying what apple offer since I was a student. Whenever I try to click this option "student (1 month) review needed" in the iTunes application, I am redirected to the iTunes download page. When I tried with my phone, it did nothing, he just closed and remained an individual membership.
Then I went to the UNiDAYS site by which you are supposed to check your student card and clicked redeem online and that also redirect me to the link http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ . So frustrating. It's as if it can't connect to the iTunes store, even if I installed iTunes? Help, please.

I am trying to cancel my subscription to creative cloud I was a student of the year last but now work in a studio with full access to creative cloud so no more need a personal copy. The page "Contact Customer Care" is just to send me into an infinite loop and I can't understand how to cancel. I keep following the instructions, but come to a dead end.
