  It is a serious problem and there is no live chat, no mail id, no phone number to contact customer. You can help.

  You should try to use a different browser if you do not see certain content in a web page that should be there.  Make sure that you are logged on the Adobe site, having cookies enabled, clearing your cookie cache.
