Dear Adobe,
I'm getting crazy trying to stop my student to the creative cloud subscription. It's more than a month that I'm a failure, because your unsubscribe process is embarrassing. I'm Italian and I live in Italy and no assistance in Italian. I'm lucky I know English, or it would be even worse.
Please, please cancel my subscription. I'm tired of trying to find a solution to my problem of my account. I don't want to renew her subscription because I wouldn't be able to pay the tax. I am a student and I have a student budget. I'm sorry, but I really need your help.

How can I restart my creative cloud of student membership?
I have a creative cloud free student membership which is provided by my school. One year membership has expired some time ago and this is the first opportunity I have to try to renew it (I'm on vacation now). I still have my redemption code, but I can't figure out how to restart my old subscription.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Ask your school... as far as I know, a redemption code can only be used at a TIME, and then you need a new code

You should be able to use your existing subscription. It allows you to have two facilities enabled, so you should be able to keep the two work where you can use as needed. Just install Lightroom on it the same way as you did initially

You should talk to Adobe Support through chat or by phone when they are available - they can probably help you through the transition as well. I don't think that this is a requirement for you, but it might be more fiscally responsible if you do not cancel because applications duplicate in full membership. It may depend on how long you have used the plan of photography from the penalty for cancellation at the beginning. Adobe will sometimes allow a change to a more expensive plan without penalty.
