I am trying to load Adobe Acrobat XI on my new Microsoft Surface Pro 3.

I am when I try to run to download the Surface Pro gives me a message that says "this application can run on your PC.  Any help?

Hi terryh82192259,

Could you please let me know what version of Windows you are running on your pro surface.

If it's Windows RT, then you can not install Acrobat.

If you have Windows installed pro (full version), then only Acrobat can be downloaded.

We hope to get your reply.

Kind regards

Ana Maria
