  Looks like your .exe file association has been broken.

  Restart the computer and start typing the F8 key

  Select Mode safe mode with networking

  Download the following tool and run a scan complete your system

  Next, while still in safe mode with network to download following tool and run a full scan

  Still in safe mode, open the command prompt window

  Start > run

  Type sfc/scannow

  Click OK

  Note: There is a space between sfc and / scannow

  You may be asked for your Windows Recovery CD/DVD is missing or corrupt files are so it is close.

  Restart the computer and let windows load.

  You have an installed third-party antivirus program? If so, does include any firewall integrated with it?

  If you have changed some Windows Firewall settings and you want to cancel your changes, you can restore the firewall settings to the original (default) settings.

  You can restore the default settings of the firewall and will remove all the rules, if you have defined.
