I bought the subscription, but it's not appears, still only 1 subscription

Dear Sir

I buy a membership of 800 minutes to call Bangladesh order No. xxxxxxxxx. But he does not appear in my subscription, and I could not able to call but they deduct my money. So, how I was able to solve the problem through to communicate with Skype management. I tried to contact them through the chat option, but there is no answer because nobody is there.

If anyone knows anythings to solve problems through to contact them please suggest.
