Your email provider, however, provide passwords to your e-mail accounts. Can you implement your existing email accounts in Thunderbird and get them to send and receive mail? Without any reference to PGP.

  PGP I suppose is the add-on of enigmail for Thunderbird, which is supported by https://www.enigmail.net/support/ although you will struggle more than a little with it, I think. If you have the WebPg for Mozilla it is supported by https://webpg.org/ here

  If you say that the problem is specific in the library folder (which has pictures, music, videos and Documents), you can try the steps to restore the default library.

  Check also if the default program on the computer to open the Photos is set appropriately. You can follow the steps from the link below:
