I can add graphics card on my computer hp laptop 2000-2120tu

Hello..
I use a hp 2000-2120tu of 2012. I just want to know if I can add an additional graphics card about it. My friend just bought a laptop and he added a new (2 GB nvidea geforce) graphics card on this subject with the integrated intel hd 4000. It installed the drivers for the two, and it can use both now. Can I do this?

I don't know what you're trying to tell us that your friend did. Laptops are now frequently with a double or switchable graphics, but that's the way they are built at the factory. Except for a very few cell phones very expensive, they don't have any locations module where you can select a video card to place in the system. Your laptop has no option for any graph other than what you have which is graphic Intel HD 3000.

My hp15 r063tu consist of a processor intel integrated graphics hd 4400 but I'm not happy with it, so can I add graphics card on my laptop? Is there a graphics card slot? Help, please.

    Hello:

You will need to replace the motherboard together with the one which comes with better graphics.

Your options would be limited for motherboards described in Chapter 3 of the service manual on your laptop user guides page.

    http://support.HP.com/us-en/product/HP-15-R000-notebook-PC-series/6875200/model/7308913/manuals

I'm pretty sure that replace the motherboard would cost you about the same as buying a new laptop computer with better graphics.

  • 8200 elite Small Form Factor: can I add a graphics card in my computer?

So I have a HP Compaq 8200 Elite Small Form Factor and I was wondering if you can add a dedicated graphics card. If so, what are compatible?

Video cards that will be compatible must be discreet and very low power 16 x PCIe video cards.  Low power generally assimilated to the discreet with less than 1 GB of video memory video card. Use these criteria when searching for candidate upgrade video cards.

The following video cards have been listed as optional and is compatible with your HP SFF PC desktop computer.

    graphics card nVidia Quadro NVS295 PCIe x 16, 256 MB 641462-001

    graphics card from nVidia Quadro NVS300 PCIe x 16, 512 MB 632486-001

    Graphics ATI Radeon HD6350 PCIe x 16 512 MB 637995-001

    Graphics ATI Radeon HD6450 PCIe x 16 512 MB 637996-001

    AMD over-pants 2270 PCIe x 16 graphics card, 512 MB

Upgrading the PSU to what would be needed for a video game level card is not sustainable for a Mini PC like yours.

  • Can I upgrade graphics card on my computer satellite phone?

I've had my Toshiba Equium now for 4 years and I was wondering if it was possible to get the graphics card, replaced by a new and stronger?

Wouldn't be financial or just logic would it be better to exchange for a new one (where I could get £130 as Toshiba Announces)

If anyone can help on this issue. I use my laptop to play WoW as well and this is the main reason to get a new card, maybe because the game train a lot and told me that the change in the graphics card would be useful.

In general graphics card can not be upgraded with one stronger. Each laptop model is designed for certain hardware configuration, including the optimal cooling system. Fastest graphics card will produce more heat and of the entire cooling system will not be able to cool the laptop s material.

More info on graphics card upgrade, you can read under http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/kb0/TSB9401AX0001R01.htm

I can see your laptop is 4 years old. Maybe it's time for new and more powerful notebook. ;)

  • How to check the compatibility of graphics cards from my computer

The name of my computer model is

    HP Pavilion Elite HPE

    motherborad: bk170aa-aba hpe-210y

Processor: AMD Athlon (TM) II X 4 945 processor, 3000 Mhz, 4 logical processor core

Graphics card: ATI RAdeon HD 5450

I bought this desktop computer for 5 years and my graphics card had begun to wear off.

So I did some research on what graphics card can handle my office, but it was very difficult

Some say that if the PS is high, the computer can use anything but the size of the graphics card care

and some say that just buy a x 270, but I don't know what my PS is for the computer and I don't know if my computer can use the full potential of the graphics card.

So, how really to check that my motherboard can handle for graphics cards?

  • ProBook 450 G3 (T3L12UT #ABA): you can add video card for G3 450 Probook?

    Hello

I am looking to buy a Probook 450 G3, a model that only comes with the integrated graphics card.  I see that in the manual a dedicated graphics card (if I read correctly) is an option for the laptop.  I wonder if anyone knows if this can be added later on (for example I am on a budget and cannot afford the model without a dedicated graphics card, but may be able to upgrade down the road)?

    Thank you

    Phil

    Hi, Phil:

There is no provision to add a chart 'card' in your laptop as you can with many of the PC desktop.

On most laptops, the GPU are part of the system board.

Dedicated GPUS have a system of separate graphics memory of PC system memory and can also use part of this memory system if necessary.

In order to have a graphics system dedicated to your laptop, the card mother together would be so should be replaced with one of those enrolled in the service including the switchable graphics feature manual.

This would be very expensive and labor intensive.

Only the most expensive mobile company HP workstations may still have different available graphics cards.

  • Satellite Pro A210 - Can the graphics card upgrade?

Hi, you can add a newer graphics card to the A210? Thank you.

    I totally agree with Gantz.

First this question was already asked here in the forum.
And he did not ask that once so first use the search option to get some hits about your questions.

Generally parts such as CPU or GPU are not removable or it of very difficult to remove.
The GPU is mainly set on the motherboard. AFAIK it welded s and you cannot delete it.

So to cut the story; NO, it is not possible to s.

  • I want to upgrade the graphics card in my computer and I don't know if they are of the type I need more

I want to upgrade the Visual memory of 96,0 MB so I can run my game better. It would help if someone could possibly give me a source of where to get one that would be great thanks

If you don't have a graphics card then it is integrated into the motherboard as you say. If it is a very old motherboard, it may be a good idea to get a newer computer with a good graphics card in it. If it's a newer motherboard, you should check if it has a PCI slot, and if so, you could probably buy a graphics card yourself and put it in your computer. Anyway, you should probably talk to savvy friends computer you have, who should be able to tell you which way you should look at.

  • NVIDIA graphics card closes. Computer and high use of CPU error closes

I can understand the instructions, but I don't know how to solve these problems.  My first question is NVIDIA Graphics quits working.  I arrived at the place where I can repair it and he just tells your computer couldn't download the solution.

My second question is High CPU use of them and warning that closed just from my computer.  Is that what I can do to help the problem?

To a high utilization of the processor first open Vistas ' performance and reliability monitor "and see which consumes the most resources.

Y at - it no particular message that you see about NVidia? It happens when the execution or enforcement of any application specific/s?  Some old material (graphics cards) will not face the games and images high rates etc and can overheat.

If it's a specific NVidia problem then I would contact the manufacturer of PCs and NVidia for the drivers updated and advice.

  • You can underclock graphics card to get them to work with your power supply?

I am looking to buy a NVIDIA Quadro graphics card, which consists of a two card graphics, said it requires 350W, but I have only a 300W PSU. I wonder if there are ways to underclock graphics cards, or in this case to get only one of the two works, while I can run on my 300PSU?

OK, I'll take that advice, seems healthy and reasonable. Here's a post about it if you want the chip. Thank you.
