I can/can ' t connect how to fix this?

OK, so the problem, but a bit more clear:

When I turn on my computer, it goes through the commissioning as usual and annoys me in the newspaper of the operating system (OS) in the display. I connect my, all I see is a black screen. I have no control of the mouse or keyboard (where I can log on and can't do anything after the connection). No keyboard control, I want to say that I literally can't even press 'caps lock '. When I do the light meaning that informs the user that the capitals are committed responding or light upward (the world is not broken).

Specifications of the computer:
ASUS P8P67 - M PRO
Intel i5 2500K 3.3GHZ quad core processor
2 x 4 GB RAM sticks
60GB SSD (running the operating system and its drivers)
500 GB HARD drive (running in with the SSD AHCI)
the power is then more powerful enough to run the computer I think it is 700watts
I also have a light on the blu ray optical drive
Windows 7 Home premium 64 bit OS

I recently formatted my computer and started a new because of the problem, thinking it should fix it. So I decided to reinstall the OS thinking that it would eliminate the problem. It turns out I was wrong. I updated my computers microsoft updates-ITMU (230 of them) and then restarted my computer so that the changes would come into force. I connected and downloaded an update (I think it was 'Microsoft.NET framework') and then I restarted my computer. It of when I can connect but have no control or Visual awareness of what is happening.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
