  I hope that you now understand the suggestion of ENCRYPTION and can be used to do what you want to do (although I'm not positive that it would work better than many small tools third available like eraser to erase the eraser.heidi.ie or portable PortableApps.comversion.)

As soon as I stopped this process, I was able to delete the files. The folder and files were remnants of an uninstalled HP printer.
