I can not contact customer support to cancel my subscription to creative cloud

The process to cancel my account for creative cloud puts me in a loop. I connect, click Cancel, I contact the technical support. Then I have to connect again, and my account and the password is not recognized on the support page. I relog on my account page and the trial everything starts again.

I just want to cancel my subscription, and so far it's impossible to do.

Please help me.

Make sure that you are logged on the Adobe site, having cookies enabled, clearing your cookie cache.  If he continues to not try to use a different browser.
