I can not download the trial version of PS and LR

I am currently using CS5 and LR5 and you want to give to try CC. I tried to download with Chrome and Firefox. Firefox is to expire and message of Chrome is that the Web page is not available. I suspect that the problem is with the browser settings, but cannot find a way to check. Can you advise?

Thank you

Jim
