I can not install anything
I have problem, when I try to install a program such as Itunes, the installation fails, also my pc does not recognize my phone or my iPod, what can I do?

suggest you follow the steps mentioned below:
Method 1: Clean boot
When the computer starts to boot, programs non-Microsoft will not be started and would avoid any interruption of their share.

Note: once you are done with the boot, follow step 3 in the article to restore your computer to normal startup.
Note: If in case, you are connected via a connection wireless, and then when you start the System Configuration utility to perform the clean boot, click Startup and Services tab one time and check wireless see corresponding section are checked (enabled).
Method 2:
Check if Windows service install is set to automatic. Steps to follow:
a. click Start and type services.msc in the search box.
b. Locate the Windows Installer service.
c. right-click on the service.
d. If the service is stopped, then start the service.
e. to start the service, right-click on the windows installation program and select Properties.
f. and in startup type, select automatic.
g. now try to install and check if that helps.
Method 3:
Unregister Windows Installer and then reregister Windows Installer. To do this, follow these steps:
a. press Windows + R
(b) in the Open box, type msiexec /unregand then press ENTER.
c. new point follow one.
(d) in the Open box, type msiexec/regserver, and then press ENTER.

I get the above codes when I try to update. I also can't install a program such as itunes after that which has been downloaded to my computer. Can not install or uninstall anything because Windows says "another program is installed.

Your post is a bit confusing. You say that you can not install the account on your phone, but then say you that you receive by email on that account. Have you added the account in settings > Mail, Contacts > calendar? If you did, try to remove and add back. If you mean something else, please explain.
