  I would suggest trying the following methods and check if it helps.

  Method 1:

  Run the scan tool (SFC) System File Checker and check if it helps.

  What is the yellow mark on? You should have a list of "Audio device on Bus from Def High" with the yellow mark_indicatiing and material is on and wait for the correct audio driver_if MS UAA installed correctly.

  If MS UAA installed correctly it will be a list under system devices for Microsoft UAA for High Def Bus.If, he is not there, you need to do a right click the device with the yellow mark (unless it is as mentioned above) and choose set to update driver.   There was a series of updates released in May.  I finally got most of them to installed yesterday after installing all one by one.  Now I have failed to install 2 pertaining to KB2676562 and KB2679255.  I get the error code 80070020 on two of them.  I have Vista Home Premium SP2 32 bit OS.  I run the trend and Malwarebytes.  When I look up error code it tells me to make one of the two restarts) 1 start Windows Update in safe mode or 2) start Windows Update with a clean reboot of Windows.  Neither of these 2 options works and I'll add that the start in Safe Mode option requires you to "Click on the safe boot check box, click Network and then click OK."  I don't know why, but I cannot check this box sound as if it is grayed out.  I am the owner of this PC so I think I should be able to check that box and can not.  Someone at - it any other suggestions for me, please help if you can I'm so frustrated with this.

  It is possible that the Flash Player files detected in your second screenshot are in a certain place that uninstall is not updated on delete. Follow these steps:

  1. Launch Firefox and navigate to Subject: plugins
  2. Locate the Shockwave Flash
  3. Note the access path Flash Player Flash Player from loading.  For example:
     
  4. Using Windows File Explorer / go to the location of the path (in step 3) and delete the file

  For the dialogue window empty installer, follow these steps:

  1. Right-click on the Setup file, and then select Properties
  2. On the general tab, click the unlock button
     
  3. Click apply
  4. Click OK to close the window
  5. Double-click on the installer to start the installation program
