I can not send SMS

I have a few contacts where I can send only an imessage for. When I am not connected to wifi or mobile network his tent for a blue message (imessage) but there are not sent, I have activated send as sms when imessage is wrong but still does not.

You are not connected to cellular data, or you are not connected to the mobile network at all?

If you are not connected to the mobile network or WiFi, how do you want to send anything?

    I composed a few SMS messages. After having worked very well until today, for some reason any, although a message can't send anything now. What I did / I forgot to do? Found that I could get only SOS via the phone and SMS messages could not be sent to all them [rather than be left as "pending" as they were before]. Technical support phoned and nice lady spoke to me through the authentication of SIM [seems it didn't had not been 'authenticated' entirely by the store], turned phone off, removed and reinserted new SIM and switched back on. And that is, all flashed in life!

    Now also supported top and syncronised my old palm PDA to the blackberry via Outlook - everything is going very well and now in market! Next problem - will not work quite how to transfer my documents/spreadsheets, but this is the problem of the future!

    Well well... the title says it all... I just reset my Defy because he used failed and it was slow as hell.

    It's still slow, but faster, and it has not crashed for the last 4 days. The big problem: I can't MORE TEXT! I can receive them but cannot answer.

    I have already contacted the support of Telus, and they don't know what's going on... I'm really throwing in the wall... I want to spend the money on another phone only next year.

    I went to the Telus store for some services. We changed the SIM card, without change, SMS does not... Oh!

    We called the technical service and a beautiful tricks comes to the form and that's what everyone should do with the Defy: ERASE ALL SMS in YOUR CELL, and THEN RESET THE PHONE. It's not more complicated than that.

    My cell now, still works with the material of bugs, but work.

    for some reason when ive tried to send just a normal text there the message as waiting for a long time. no problem of service area. What is the phone?

    A few times the hard reset solve many things on your device, if you want more information, ask.

    I awake tonight and found that my iPhone6s + no will not send SMS to anyone. iMessages work very well. I have to be able to roll over the phone. I have hard to restart the phone. iMessages are very good. Other iPhones in the house (older) send fine. Any ideas?

    You should make sure that you enter the new password for your outgoing mail server.

    I have a macbook of El Capitan and my first day on vacation to halfway around the world, I can receive but not send emails. I had a conversation with my provider and all the settings, usernames and passwords are correct. I tried everything I read so far related to this topic from Apple and I can not send.     What happened to me several times over the years, as different local networks may not connect in order to SEND email but without reception problems.

    My solution is to always use the WEBMAIL service belonging to the service of your email provider... be it Apple or Blueyonder, or anyone.

    Occasionally, a national internet service - for example; the Sultanate of Oman, in my experience - can refuse to deal with mail because the discussion on a particular topic is not permitted in the jurisdiction of that country, but it is very rarely the problem. Try just using the webmail online pages - for example; webmail service to iCloud in the case of an Apple (.mac, .me, .icloud) email address - and who usually works for me, anyway.

    The Send button will not be activated unless the message can be sent. Are you sure that you have entered a recipient and the account is online?

    Recently I can not send or forward emails to myself.  I use Windows Vista Home Premium and Windows Mail.  My Windows Mail comes through Verizon ISP.  The emails I send or transmit to myself are in my Inbox from Verizon, but they do not come in my Inbox Windows, even if it shows that I have "new message".  Even when I try to send my Verizon Inbox to myself, the email will not come, but it will tell me that I have new messages.

    Can you help me?

    Well, babacar, you were lucky that Verizon was trying to help out you.  When I called AT & T, they told me that was a problem of software 3rd party, they could not help me, and I should call Microsoft.  Like you, I am on disability and can't afford to pay the costs of assistance.  So, it is certainly a problem of Microsoft.  Maybe on one of the updates it I screwed up.

My email is with bellsouth.net and comes in my computer through windows Messaging.  I spent an hour and a half on the phone with bellsouth, and they say that the problem is with my windows mail.  I tried to use a restore date, and that did not help either. I will post a copy of this message, as I keep getting.  Your server suddenly put an end to the connection. The possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Object 't', counts: 'mail.bellsouth.net', server: 'mail.bellsouth.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, secure (SSL): no, error number: 0x800CCC0F thanks for any help.

    Sometimes, WinMail settings get screwed up and you must remove the account and then add it back back.  Make sure first that the antivirus software not interfere (see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3).   Delete your account completely, then close WinMail.  Then compact and repair the database of WinMail (see www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/).  Add your account to mail back once again, and then make sure you have the correct settings under Tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | Servers and | Advanced to what AT & T Specifies to WinMail (or OE).  Then see if it works.
