  My bank account shows payment paid Adobe $ 23.88 for annual services two weeks ago, but to connect to convert PDF to Word - applications from Adobe that I 'sign up now' for the account that has already been paid.   Please use the following link to access the Document PDF service clouds: http://cloud.acrobat.com/ . Please make sure that you sign same Adobe ID that you used for the subscription.

  You can also use the service if you have Adobe Reader installed DC, ( Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution ).

  Could you please let me know what version of the operating system you are working on.

  The recent tab shows only the list of recently viewed files, is not the current storage destination.

  If the documents are located on the disk local to your device (on the Local tab) or on the cloud of Document (under the Cloud of Document tab), then those who will be visible on the recent tab (if they have already been open before).

  If you log out of your account Adobe Document Cloud, then you will no more able to access the files in MS and recent tab will display the list of local files stored on your device.

• Given that I have updated to IOS 9.3.1 my iBooks PDF documents are uploaded to the cloud so that they can be shared on multiple devices, however when I rename a PDF, it comes back to the original name every time iBooks is updated.

  I hope that they address it quickly.  It is painful to have discovered my renowned PDFs are to difficult to identify file names their given by their authors.

  The reason I ask because I get PDF files containing information to be used in the design and some of these files need editing, in order to convert these PDF files, it is faster to respond to all emails with PDF files to Word documents. In addition, my boss is cheap to download this software even though it would make my job much more productive.  Thank you

  Document PDF of Cloud service is a web service online and therefore independent of the platform.

  You can access the service using a browser on Mac or Windows, and work on documents.

  On my iPhone, when I opened a pdf it gave me the option to save the Document Cloud file. But on the PC, how to open this file or others on cloud of Document, and how to save a file to Document Cloud?

  To save the files locally on your device:

  • Use iTunes to synchronize the file to your device.
  • Send an email with a PDF attachment to yourself and open it with Acrobat Reader.

  I can understand your concern & you need to worry about this, as the folders in your PC are not available on other PCs as this option is just to browse through files of the specific system you are working on as shown in the screenshot below.

  

  Only the files that have been uploaded to the cloud of Document will be available over the Internet using Adobe Document Cloud service during authentication of your Adobe ID & password.

  Hello

  Once you open PDF documents in Adobe Document Cloud (formerly Acrobat.com), temporary cloud documents copies will be stored on your iPad.  If you are in offline mode for a relatively short period of time, you can still view these documents.

  Currently, Acrobat DC IOS does not provide UI (a button or menu item) to download the PDF of Adobe documents cloud to your iPad for consultation offline permanently.

  Here are the two options I can think.  (You can do one of the following options while you still have access to the Internet.)

  (a) using Safari

  1. Open Safari on your iPad.
  2. Go to Acrobat Document cloud (https://cloud.acrobat.com/).
  3. Sign in with your Adobe ID
  4. Select the PDF document you want to download on your iPad.
  5. Click on download.  This will cause the PDF to open in Safari.
  6. Tap anywhere in the PDF document to display the toolbar secondary.
  7. Tap on "open in...» ».
  8. Select "open in Adobe Acrobat.

  (b) using the Mail

  1. Open the PDF document that you want to store locally on your iPad.
  2. Tap the share icon.
     
  3. Select the shared file.
  4. Select 'Original Document to share' in the shared file dialog box.
  5. Press Messaging.
  6. Send e-mail to yourself.
  7. Open an email with the PDF attachment on your iPad.
  8. Open the attachment in Acrobat DC for iOS.

  Once the PDF document is open in Acrobat DC for iOS, it is stored locally on your iPad.

  Please note that you will have two PDF documents with the same file name. That is stored locally on your iPad, while the other is stored on Adobe Document cloud.
