I can't access all the files on my computer, the window that ask to OPEN WITH the keep on poping up upward

It just happened today while I was browsing the internet. now I can't access all the programs. ask (open with..)

for example outlook express or any other... my anti virus support said it is not a virus... could be updated to hp that does not fit my computer? no idea

what I can do. I have a lot of important information on the computer, I can't lose

Start in safe mode / networking if it works. Then download malwarebytes to day then do a full scan
