  I think you are talking after upgrade to CC 2015 you're not able to launch I. Also, I believe you speak for read only matter of preference.

  After following the instructions please do not launch Illustrator and check your file preference if the permissions have been set correctly. A good way would be to get inside the preferences folder and then try to create a file manually. If it succeeds, please write to [email protected]

  I needed to replace my MB and Psalm now it asks me to reactivate the o/s, but it does not recognize my code. It is a HP which comes preinstalled with XP Media center. Is there a sort of work around?

         My Thunderbird Ver is 38.3.0 - Today my delete button stopped working and I went to the FAQ section on the Mozilla support and found the article and followed the instructions, deleting the directoryTree.json, panacea.dat and session.json I then went to the Mail folder and  I have listed POP.NTLWORLD.COM, pop.ntlworld-1.com, pop.ntlworld-2.com and so on to pop.ntlworld-7.com.
  

  I went in and deleted the files from the Recycle Bin and Trash.msf, close the window of opportunity of disorder and restart Thunderbird.
  The system their re created the trash folder and it replace 1329 files. So I went to the delete files in the Recycle Bin, they were then removed, still unable to suppress use at this time. SO I went again through the procedure as a whole. restart Thunderbird and always files 1329 all have been recreated. I therefore deleted their brand-new and went through the whole procedure again. Now, after the reboot, I have an empty basket but am unable to delete anything in the Inbox or the junk e-mail folder or the "sent" folder.
  I am now at a loss... Help please.

            I have taken the bull by the horns - so to speak - I deleted Thunderbird and restarted the computer. I have mozbackup and do regular backups so I installed the latest one and hey presto all is working again.

  There is no reason why you should not be able to activate abroad if your key is originally from the United States, United Kingdom, Australia (or a number of other areas) - reactivated simply by telephone, if the Internet Activation fails.

  This Adobe Acrobat Reader DC showed during an automatic update when I shut down my computer and I hate it.  I can no longer display PDF who have never been a problem with the old Adobe Acrobat I got.  I read the troubleshooting instructions to know how to solve this problem, but they have not worked.  Only instructions I saw started with "right click on the PDF... How can I do that when I can't even SEE the PDF file?  I'm not a person tech (strictly point and click on) so it's more frustrating for me.  When I scan something, which I do a lot, now I have to go through this stupid thing of cloud and he infiltrated everything I never scanned and saved.  I'm nervous about uninstalling this unwanted program because I don't want to aggravate the disorder.  I just want to be able to view and print PDF files as if I were always able to do before.  Suggestions (preferably some that a jerk tech like me can understand?)  Thanks in advance for anyone who has got an answer.

• Can not activate XP at HOME after a re installation of repair

  My son started the repair facility before the recording of the WPA.dbl file then please, don't bother to tell me, we should have saved the file - or any other could have, would have, should've solutions.  We have to deal with where we are.

  The repair facility has been a success and we checked we have IE 6 on the machine.  After consulting the MS site, we followed the steps that they have exhibited that was supposed to fix this problem - check the registry under HKLM\Software\Windows NT\Current Version\Notify\RESETS file and delete it (it wasn't even) - we have renamed WPA.dbl WPA.old and expanded the WPA.dbl to the installation CD C:\Windows\System32 and we checked and there's associated files (reset5.exe reset5.dll (, etc. and Svyany.exe) and there is none of the people present, all this was done in plain old safe mode you can get in.

  We have restarted following the instructions and are immediately asked to activate your version of windows - we click Yes, we answer really Yes to register at the same time, the activation of Research Assistant an internet connection and can not find an automatically - so he asks us to clarify and tell us that it looks like Cable\DSL and to automatically detect network settings local (there is no proxy - or router - or a divider) there snoring away but can't find still not all connections.

  We also tried to reset the cable modem, call Comcast and have them check that the modem is not working properly everything well - my other computer use it without problem although it is not a cable problem

  So, to summarize.  I just need to activate Windows and I need to get the machine to see a network connection to the network card how can I do that is in the Console Windows Revovery or plain Safe Mode and logged in as administrator and the use of programs that are available and work in safe mode.

  Although they were no help - they just sent me my computer manufacturer - who wanted to charge me all outside to "solve" the problem - so I simply started in safemode, copied all my files that I needed power the computer off and did a clean install.  Who crossed the fine and all now I will update / reinstall land for the next 2 days

  You can try to disable support for the spdy Protocol in firefox (in all: config) and see if that changes the number and length of connections to the server.

  I downloaded the latest version of Java because I read somewhere that Flash requires Java work; I installed the "add-on Compatibility Reporter" so I could force Java to be enabled. It made no difference whatsoever, best I can tell.

  I also went to the Adobe homepage where you can see what version of Flash you use (http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/) and it does not even show that I have installed Flash. In Internet Explorer, it shows that I have installed Flash, but it's the previous version (but this is probably due to the fact that I downloaded Flash in Mozilla, not IE, and they use different modes in each browser - so an update that you download from a browser does not necessarily apply to the other browser).

  So in summary: I don't know what on Earth is wrong here, but I'm about as frustrated that I've never been in my life.   The first thing is to ensure that you have tried all the steps in this post: XP without boot troubleshooting.  The next thing is what is the error message on blue screen?  Who can help us solve the problem.
