  You cannot change the PDF file online - you'll need to use Acrobat, that runs on your desktop. Have you tried to download the Acrobat trial? If this isn't the case, you can download a 30 day trial of http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html.

• How can I disable always 'work offline' for specific files/folders in Vista?

  Help files offline with all the challenges of Vista, but most of the time it works.  However, I have a number of files that are currently available offline that I no longer need to use offline.  I followed the normal steps of the click right and is going to click on the button "Always work offline", but it is disabled (grayed out).  I thought it might mean that I'm out of sync, but after a synch-all, the selection is always disabled.  Is there a way to Vista to do this?

• OfficeJet Pro L7680 cannot NOT CHANGE of PRINTER offline online

  OS is 64-bit WIN8.1.  In devices and printers State appears offline.  To see which print drop-down list under printer shows that this printer use offline is not checked.  Printer is on a home network.  Print from another computer on the network.  Downloaded the latest version of the HP driver and still does not have goback online.  Looked in properties, preferences, etc. and could not find any way to go from offline to online.  How can I go from offline to online?

  I'm confused. Did you file an issue for Thunderbird? In Thunderbird, 'Send later' is displayed when you lack Internet if Thunderbird is in offline mode. There is a small icon in the status bar in the lower left corner of the window where you can enable or disable the Offline/Online mode.

  Looks like you want to change the album cover used for songs/albums in iTunes for Mac. The following Knowledge Base article provides information about how to do it:

  Add artwork to music and video

  Add artwork to a single item: select an item in your iTunes library, choose file > get info, click artwork, and do one of the following:

  Add a the same picture on several items: select them, choose file > get info, click on Info and drag an image file to the work area.

  Uninstall and reinstall the drivers should fix this problem. Please, perform the following steps:

  1. on the start menu, click settings, devices, printers, and Scanners.

  2. down the area printers and Scanners, disable let them Windows manage my default printer.

  3. right click on the Start button and choose Control Panel.

  4. open programs and features.

  5 uninstall drivers MG6220/MP and the Canon IJ Network Tool.

  6. close all open windows.
