I can't connect to itunes

I changed my password and I am able to connect on my phone and apple.com, but I can't connect to iTunes on my Mac.
Help, please!
some troubleshooting steps are following:
1. Please go to System Preferences - date and time must be precise, select set time zone automatically using correct location.
2, disable permissions in the folder downloads, public folders, air drop, folder, folder. Always a personalized access.
3. turn off the password vault & the firmware file.
3. the final step would be close all applications using keyboard keys: command + tab + q. stop the mac & please plug the charger.
Press the keys: command + R + power button a chime comes from the system. release the power button but hold command and button R until the gray is displayed.
After that, go to the menu bar and click utility.
Open the window of the terminal from here and type resetpassword (the characters are small and no space) .click on enter.
It will ask you the user name and password please enter.
Finally, click Save. Close the window and restart the apple logo.
you will be able to connect to iTunes.

Try to sign in with your apple ID to applied.apple.com. Consult your account if the correct password and maybe the apple ID disable it for security reasons. In this case, you should call AppleCare.

I have an iPod 5 / I just upgraded my computer and kTunes does not recognize. I received a message saying I have to authorize my computer updated for iTunes will recognize it like me and lert me have my shopping 'new '. I was not able to sync with iTunes via my computer for a year or two.
