  Are able to use you do right click on windows, is exemplary and previous work anywhere else in windows.

  If they do not then work its some malware on windows, if they are working correctly then try to start firefox in safe mode. Gives detailed instructions to start in safe mode below.

  Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode, which disables most of the modules.

  Install a screen capture program.
  I use Picpick which is a 'free' SnagIT version.
  It contains an option called scrolling window.
  It should be used to capture a page that is too long to be displayed on the screen without using the scroll bar.
  You can use Pickpic to capture the list of programs and features.

  Once the entire list is captured, you can use send to option and send it to MS Word.
  (You can just copy and paste an image captured in any application you want.)

  With Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can not. At the very least, it requires the full version of Acrobat, and even in this case, it can be difficult.

  Your best bet is to do all the editing of the original document (not the pdf) and then create a new pdf from that.

  I don't know really not the answer to your question - I suspected this MAY have been the answer, only because you use Firefox people who use Firefox tend to also use NoScript and also Ghostery.

  NoScript blocks javascript until a "allows" the page temporarily or permanently (with "Allow") - this is a very normal behavior.  If you do not open 'new' Web pages very often so you can't see the issue very often even if you use NoScript - OR you never understood what was going on and why certain things on your Web pages just never worked.

  Non-working javascript does not lock to the top of the entire Web page. only some parts are not visible.  It is no need to explain in detail - an EXAMPLE might be if you open a shopping Web page and the part of the comment of the page does not - it is an example of a Java script that should be "allowed" to run - so you allow 'Temporarily' the entire Web page and poof!  Comments work, the works of Web page and you can do shopping on the Web page.

  The word online might have hidden "bits" in there that require the same kind of "open doors".  The main part is open when you get there - but there are other parts that should be allowed or loading in addition to the main program if the entire Web page and program can work for you.

  People put up with all sorts of things - if she does not jump and crashed the page, we tend to shrug their shoulders and say: "OK - it's bad, but I think I can live with that."    The smile.
