  First of all, if you have the menu bar show. (File-Edit-View-History-Bookmarks-Tools-Help), then you won't see the orange FireFox button because in the new version of FireFox button replaces the menu bar.   For some reason any CC and CS6 I can't drag files from the Finder (Mac OS x Explorer) in design mode (for example: adding images to a table cell), the Browse button doesn't work properly or the other... The 'Find a file' button only works if there is an image already and then it will update the image, or if there is no image in the table cell, it will bring up the dialog box browse, but does nothing if I select a file and press 'open '.

  @Jdawg - we have seen that the Drag and Drop does not work on 10.9. We're investigating this issue. As NAncy mentioned, I too suggest using the Insert panel until the fix for this issue is available

  p.s. the easiest to search the kb shortcuts is to export as html (3rd icon in the top right panel sc kb), open in your browser and use the browser 'find '.
