I can't get Acrobat Reader DC quit smoking!

Help! I can't turn off my computer because it says that Adobe Acrobat Reader DC has still a task that runs and I have to close the task before it can close the program and then turn off my computer. Problem is that I can't close the window and it won't let me even quit smoking using the toolbar.

Thank you!!

Hi PRISCILLA CHASE DURAN,

Could you please let me know the version of the player and the version of the OS on your system?

Please try referring to this article: Troubleshooting of errors, freezes | Adobe Reader | Windows

Also if you have a windows OS, open the Task Manager by pressing CTRL + ALT + DELETE on the keyboard and close the open task associated with reader.

Let us know if that helps.
