  Setup to 14 elements recognizes your OS and installs ONLY the 64-bit version of elements. It's a problem if you want to run older plugins in 32 bits. This is why it can be useful to keep older versions of items (up to version 12) alongside your PSE14 if you want to keep these plugins.
